After a short walk, on the right hand side, in front of the main entrance, there is a spacious courtyard where there is a parking space ( 3 spots ). Up ahead the villa shows itself in all its beauty and magnificence. A stoned stairway will lead you to the best landscape you have ever came across. A well groomed green floor on the left hand side with sitting areas, the Villa on the right, and a spectacular front sea view over the Gulf of Naples.

Further details: Crossing the green flooring path located on the ground floor it is possible to access to the 2 level, through an elegant green-sand stoned stairway that will lead you to the swimming pool, 13 x 5 meter, 1 to 2 meters deep, hydro massage area, provided with facilities such as sun beds, deck chairs, Tuscan style round table for 6 people, shaded by an elegant Gazebo, and a well furnished mini-bar as well. Between the two levels it is possible to find a bathroom with shower, while another shower is located on the edge of the swimming pool. All around the Villa, it is possible to relax and enjoy the real essence of this location, into the many pleasant corners furnished with tables, benches, lounging chairs and umbrellas.
