SERENITY BAY VILLAS - UPSTAIRS UNIT ( www.homeaway.com/974941 ) does currently have availability during your desired travel dates, Saturday, April 19, 2014 through Saturday, April 26, 2014. This would be a One (1) Week Booking per your request.

Let's Tell you a little more about the Property........

The Property consists of two (2) Units, the Upstairs and the Garden Unit. This particular Unit is the Upstairs (5,000 Sq.Ft.)......

The Property is located in the Center of the Florida Keys, Plantation Key, 1.5 Hours to Miami, 1.5 Hours to Key West; Shopping, Restaurants, Theaters, Sunset Cruises, Diving, and Snorkeling, are Five (5) Minutes away.

The Property Layout results in a multiple Split Level Floor Plan.

Guest Room on the Second Level, this is the Main Living Level of the Home, has Two (2) Queen Size Beds, with another Guest Room adjoining the Master Bedroom on the Third Level with another Queen Size Bed.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed with Water Views on Three (3) Sides, with an over-sized sitting area, with Terraces looking North & South, with windows looking West for those wonderful Sunsets.

While in the Master Bathroom, there is a an over-sized Jacuzzi Tub, adjoining Shower, and a Double Sink Vanity.

Excellent Water Views from all Rooms!!!!: The Home has Seven (7) Outdoor Terraces on two Levels, looking East and West, with additional windows on all levels looking South.

There is Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the Property and The Living Room boasts; a Stereo System, and High Definition 55In. HDTV with Satellite T.V.

Ceramic Floors in the Living Areas, Berber Carpets in all Bedrooms, with Marble Floors in the Master Bedroom Sitting Area and Bathroom.

Fully stocked, everything inside is flawless.

The Property is on the Water over 60Ft. of Dock Space w/Davits, with over 200Ft. of Waterfront on two sides.

Great Fishing from the Dock, Gas B.B.Q. outside off the Kitchen Terrace, with a Lounge Area to enjoy the breezes.

Regarding Fishing Licenses, they can be bought here at any Bait & Tackle Shop. If you are going to be Fishing from the Property, they are not necessary.

While Downstairs Dockside there are Additional Lounge Chairs for your comfort, and a step-in from the Dock into the Water if you want to take a little swim.

The experience with us is a bit more Personal and Service Oriented.

We will meet you on the Property upon arrival and get you settled-in and show you how everything works, the HVACs, the Stereo, Wi-Fi Network, Satellite T.V.s, the BBQ, Stove, the Range, and in-turn answer any questions you may have.

While you are with us, should you need anything we are 45 Min. away, or next door.

The Property is extremely peaceful, and quiet.

Lay in the Chaise Lounges, and hear the Coconut Palm frontons move in the breeze.

Markets and Shopping are less than 5Min. away, we provide Discount Cards for WINN-DIXIE one of the Local area Markets.

For Beaches, you have John Pennekamp (www.pennekamppark.com/), (MM102.5), Great Beaches, with snorkeling opportunities. there is also Group Fishing which is not expensive, or Snorkeling Trips to the Reefs a little off-shore.

There is also Harris Park at MM92.5. Here you have a Man-Made Lagoon with Beaches, and Playground, and Picnic areas. No admission is charged during the week.

Restaurants are within 5 Min. away.

Steamer's at MM95, Ocean Side, has Excellent Food with Waterfront Dining.

While Chad's MM92, Gulf Side, is a popular Breakfast location, and an exceptional Deli.

For Special, Dining experiences, you may want to try the Islamorada Fish Factory which is 10 Minutes South, Gulf Side. Excellent Sunset Dinners with live entertainment.

Otherwise Sundowner's is about 20 Min. North, Gulf Side, Great Outdoor Dining with Excellent views of the Sunset. And Senor Frijoles is next door, with Outdoor Dining also, Tex-Mex Food and Excellent Margaritas.

While lets not forget MM88, Gulf Side, Excellent Gourmet Dining, Bayside, a local Landmark, exceptional Sunsets.

Miami Metro-Zoo, Website; http://www.miamimetrozoo.com/visit-the-zoo.asp . This is the Miami Metro-Zoo site, which is +/- 30Min. from the Property.

Key Largo, Florida Chamber of Commerce, Web-site; http://www.floridakeys.org This is the Chamber of Commerce site, of which we are Member of and does offer a myriad of endless possibilities depending on your interests. Boat Rentals, Group Fishing, snorkeling, restaurants, and other destinations.

This is where we get the Brochures, we keep at the Property. We recommend you book in advance as for the destinations in the Keys, there are often discount offers for 'in-advance' reservations. And with items like swimming with the Dolphins or Sea-Lions at Theater of the Sea, they book quite in advance, due to the demand.

And the mystery of the perfume scent in bed is solved; our own new laundry fabric softener at home had a scent we weren't expecting, and I guess my nightgown was the culprit. Anyway, we had a great time in your luxurious spread. Have a great spring/summer.

Peaceful and luxury living

I just got back to MN from our stay in the FL Keys and I can't imagine staying anywhere better. We came as a group of four (two couples) and this was a great location for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing. The pictures just really do not do it's justice. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway stay here and you will be more than pleased. Nestor was very accommodating and helpful with local tips and recommendations. We will be back!

A Great place to stay in the keys!

This beautiful oceanfront home made our get together very very memorable!! Nestor is a very genuine person and he took really good care of us. The home is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and secure. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would love to go back any time. The security deposit was also returned in full in a week.

This place was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. There is so much extra space! The place is so clean that I was comfortable walking around barefoot. I felt like a princess in this palace! The owner is available and very helpful when you need anything. Great location! It was just a perfect vacation!
