Great place for kids!!

My family and I stayed at the Knowland Garden Retreat for 10 days. We needed a place to stay while my husband was in the hospital for a surgery and this was the perfect place. We have 2 small children and were looking for a home away from home. Our 2-year old LOVED the outdoor "playhouse" as she called it. It is an enclosed outdoor room with tons of toys, books, games and more. She spent many hours out there and never wanted to leave. The backyard is amazing! It was a great place for our kids to explore and run around as well as relax. You would never think you were in a big city. This was also the perfect place for our 9 month old baby. She had her own room with a crib so she could have a quiet place to take naps and sleep at night. The beds were very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything you might need. Helen, the owner checked on us when we arrived and helped us with anything we needed. We would definately stay here again, under better circumstances of course!
