Excellent Home for Family Stay in Woodland Park -- Also dog friendly!!

We stayed a total of four nights at this property and it was very enjoyable. The house was clean and as described in the listing, with the exception of the garage. The house has a three car garage and is even featured in one of the pictures; however, it is NOT available for the renters to use.
The house is very large and has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 upstairs, and 2 downstairs, with four queen/full sized beds and king bed in the master bedroom. The master bathroom included a shower and garden tub and a very large walk-in closet and double vanity. It is also has a downstairs living area and even an office space. There were lots of seating options with 2 tables and even a breakfast bar, which we used every morning. There are two couches and a large bean bag type chair (so comfortable that I ordered one for our house while on vacation!!) upstairs and a couch with recliners and futon downstairs.
Wi-Fi worked well, and there is DirecTV in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms and master bedroom. The TV in the upstairs living room has a built in DVD player and there is a DVD player available downstairs.
The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, dish soap, and had ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in the refrigerator. We purchased and/or brought most of the kitchen and food items we knew we would need during our stay. The house has a washer and dryer for you to use and is located on the main floor.
Outside on the deck, there is a propane BBQ grill. There is also a hot tub and patio set located on the deck. The fenced yard was very nice during our stay for our two dogs. We saw at least three deer outside of the fence and a couple of squirrels running around the yard. We also loved the doors that led from the kitchen and master bedroom to the deck and fenced yard.
The house was very easy to get to; our GPS took us right to the driveway. According to Google Maps, it is less than a mile away from the highway and about 3 miles from the center of Woodland Park. This house does have neighbors close to it. However during our stay it was very quiet and we felt like we were out in the country with no one around us.
I would also like to add that the property managers, Avonlea especially, were great to work with and answered all questions and concerns that came up before and during our stay extremely quickly!
I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a rental in the Woodland Park/Colorado Springs Area!
