This two bedroom cabin is directly on the bank of the Shenandoah River, ideal for fishing from the bank or from the canoe that is provided for your use. You can swim or float on the river tubes that are also provided. There is a screened in porch with hot tub, table and chairs, and a gas grill. The kitchen, which has been recently remodeled, has all necessary pots and pans, plus toaster, coffee maker, blender, and built in microwave. The living room has a sleeper sofa, loveseat, satellite tv with dvd/vcr, compact stereo with cd player and an electric log stove for ambiance.
One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both rooms have closets and chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a tub shower combination and was remodeled in 2011.
Outdoors there is a picnic table, chairs, firepit for smores, and a horseshoe pit for some friendly competition. Across the street is the George Washington National Forest with wildlife, hiking trails, and some fire roads.
