Photos and Description of the Ponto do Sol vacation house rental

House located in heights with stunning view, in a peaceful area, early in the morning the sun knocks on your bedroom window, to wake you up softly.

The two bedrooms available in the upper floor have a balcony where you can enjoy the scenery, sea and mountain, or sunbathe.

A wall with medium height surrounds the house so you can have complete privacy.

4 air-conditioning units are distributed in the different rooms around the house, 2 bedrooms, living room, and another room used as a bedroom or office, so you can control the temperatures at will.

The main bedroom has a spa so you can relax, a bowl sink for your toilet and television.

Cleaning is done by simply connecting the aspiration hose in the available outlets, so you do not have to move the vacuum cleaner.

The pool is heated to your liking, against the current swimming system, and coloured lights.

Included in the price offered to you depending on the season, the owner, who lives close by, will meet you at the airport and take you to the house.

To make your life easier, a car can be at your disposal, as well as other services.

About Eduardo Silva

Having lived in France for twenty years, I came to Ile de Madere in 1997.

I come from the north side of Santana Island, where I lived my childhood.

When I came back to the island I wanted to stay on the sunny side, the south west, because it was related to my occupation, pool builder, I created my company.

Eduardo Silva purchased this house in 2004
Why Eduardo Silva chose Ponto do Sol

I bought this house about 7 years ago; it is right next to my house because it is a peaceful location, surrounded by banana trees and close to the city centre, its southwest geographic location benefits from the best weather in Ile de Madere.

What makes this house unique

It was more than a year ago that I decided to rebuild the house, because it was in poor conditions. I had the goal to rent it to people interested in visiting this nice Island.

Stone is a noble material, I used it a lot, you can find it in the inside and outside.

I think people who stay here will be happy.

Obviously, I did everything according to my taste, hoping you will like it.
