This Beautiful Lakeside Luxury condo is located as close to downtown Austin as you can possibly be while being on Lake Austin. Walking distance to Hula Hutt, Abels on the Lake and Mozarts Coffee Shop. This +/- 1,600 SF Condo is perfect for small groups. Cable/Wifi included and the home is fully furnished. We have a huge living room area with surround sound, HDTV, Blue-Ray, nice open kitchen with updated appliances, and Piano. Entertain on the enormous 350 SF balcony with outdoor furniture, romantic lighting (the best balcony in Austin). One covered parking space and plenty of street parking to accommodate multiple cars. Take a cab DT and be there in 5 minutes. I will be available at all times to give recommendations for things to do in the city!

Free Public Boat Ramp next door. Ample Parking. Short Bike ride to Zilker Park and Downtown.

Girls Weekend on Lake Austin

We stayed in the condo during June with a group of girls. Everyone had a great time, the place is very nice and neat, and we had fun hanging out on the balcony. It is also very spacious for a 2bed/2bath. We rented a boat on Saturday and the driver was able to pick us up at the end of the dock, so that was super convenient.

The owner was also very accommodating and flexible. We had to cancel another rental house the day prior due to complete misrepresentation. The owner was able to show us his condo the next morning (on very short notice) and let us move in that afternoon. Highly recommended.
