All redone after Super Storm SANDY 1st floor unit of 2 family home, quiet residential area, level yard, short walk to beach (13th) from beach, surf fishing, bay fishing, crabbing, bike riding, 1 mile to Village and childrens attractions such as a water park, and rides. Stores and restaurants, shopping, bike rentals and more.
About Owner/Manager

WE are the proud owners of this home that we love since purchase in 2008.

The owner occupies the second floor as a part time residence, mostly weekends.

This home has loads of warmth and care, all that shows, Super Storm Sandy came for a visit and tested the durability of this home, but it is standing STRONG

What makes this apartment unique

The location of this home is perfect, close to the beach, yet on the bay to enjoy the long walks and bike rides along West Ave. This home radiates with warmth and that is what sold us and we love it until this day, Every time we come to visit it is very hard for us to leave.

We had a wonderful stay. I completely overpacked since the house had so many amenities I wasn't expecting - new pillows, towels, the basics for the kitchen. It was an extremely hot week but the house's new air conditioner worked wonderfully. The owner, Krystyna, could not have been more accommodating and helpful as she 'showed the ropes' to a first time renter. Lastly, a short walk to a beautiful beach made it a memorable vacation.
