Enjoy your vacation on the white sandy beach of the gulf of Mexico.

The location is ideal for relaxation or joining the many activities on Fort Myers Beach. From the seventh floor you have several miles of gorgeous views of sandy beaches, dolphins, sail boats, parasailing, and more from Naples to Sanibel Island. Enjoy the many beautiful sunsets over the sparkling blue Gulf waters. Restaurants are plentiful, several boat rental shops available, lots of shopping, public golf course just across the street, casino boat, and much entertainment on the North end of the Island at Fort Myers Times Square.

Our unit has been newly remodeled with new tile floors, carpet, granite counter tops, and furnishings. Fully furnished unit, just bring your personal items and you are set to go. Two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, breakfast bar, dinette, living room, washer and dryer in the unit.

Enjoy the private lanai overlooking the Ocean and beautiful sunsets.

This condo was perfect. Everything one would need at home was here. The decor was beautiful.
Sunsets from the lanai were beautiful. Shelling at the beach in front was better than at Santibel. The owner was easy to contact. The kitchen faucet had an issue and the owner sent someone to repair it right away. Very quiet location. I would recommend this property. We intend to return.

I was worried after reading the review from someone about couldn't walk the beach and I had booked prior, Albert was so confident that i would be happy that he would refund my money if i was not, Well the person that wrote that review must not like to walk more than 50 ft or something, The beach out front is great,
This condo is remarkably clean and very modern and updated, The beach is fabulous, The wild life from birds to fish are every where, Albert you have a beauty full place spot less, We had a great time, The sunsets are #1, This Condo is a great deal, I have stayed at other Condo's and nothing compares to this Condo,
My recommendation is book this Condo if you want a clean and Modern Condo

Everything was good, we loved the condo but we wanted to be on the beach. We couldn't walk the beach without going around the water inbetween the ocean and the condo. Everything else was great.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: THE SHORELINE CHANGES AS TROPICAL STORMS HIT THE COAST LINE. IT CHANGES EVERY YEAR. CURRENTLY 2011-2012 THERE IS A LITTLE WATER WAY THE RAISES AND LOWERS WITH THE TIDES BETWEEN THE CONDO AND THE ACTUAL BEACH ON THE OCEAN. MY PICTURES SHOW THAT VERY CLEARLY. WE HAVE TWO BEACHES NOW. NORTH OF US THE OCEAN IS NOW ERODED THE SAND AND HAS EXPOSED THE FOUNDATION OF A CONDO.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo in Fort Myers Beach

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach you will not be disappointed!! This was our first visit to Florida and first stay in a vacation condo. Albert was very helpful in making sure everything went okay and answering any questions we had beforehand. The condo is located at the quieter end of the island but still close to the Times Square shopping/entertainment area so it's the best of both worlds. The island trolley goes right by so you don't even need a car to get around the island. Several restaurants and grocery stores are close by. We will certainly stay here again it's a 5 star accommodation in paradise!

Peaceful Beachfront Location

This was a perfect condo and location for our family of four. The beach was was quiet and full of bird life and great shelling (we found more interesting shells here than on our trip to Sanibel Island). It was very peaceful with a great view and awesome sunsets from the balcony. The condo was clean and well equipped. It was great for our family to be able to utilize the beach equipment in storage without having to bring it along. Though we were on the quiet end of Fort Myer's Beach, which I prefer, it was still easy to access the more hopping locations on the beach with a short ride on the trolley which stops right across the street. The grocery store and marina were close by and Albert was very helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who needs a great place to unwind.
