This luxury villa has 3 bedrooms (1 Dbl bedded room and 2 twin bedded rooms) with 2 bathrooms is in calahonda about ten minutes from fuengirola, its about twenty minutes drive to villa from Malaga airport, and marbella and porto banus are only a fifteen minute drive away. There are eight detached villlas set in great gardens with swimming pool. Villa completely refurbished air con, plasma TV & DVD. Local beach ten minutes walk. Two minutes walk from the villa are lots of bars and restaurants and shops - yet you are far enough away to not hear any noise. Ten minute walk two big supermarkets which are fantastic for fish, meat veg etc. also near the supermarkets is a big building with ten or more nice restaurants, bars and cafes. There is a beautiful small harbour and fantastic beach about a five minute drive away called capapino beech. Gibralta is about one and a half hours drive, you can drive up in the mountains which only takes about twenty mins to some typical Spanish village.

Calahonda is situated between Marbella and Fuengirola. It is a busy resort with rustic flavours and based around the holiday-maker. The purpose built resort rests on green grasses and has a very friendly, British atmosphere. With its no-nonsense sun sea and sand combination, Calahonda is a virtually self sufficient community. It is a great holiday destination as it enjoys the lovely climate with its 320 sunshine days per year and the winter average temperature is 16ºc. Calahonda’s beach is the longest of the Mijas coast The beach is well used, with ramp access, many beach bars and activities. Also the beach has some quiet corners for those who want to relax in peace and quiet.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To Book we simply require a 25% deposit with full balance paid 12 weeks before departure. All prices are for the entire rental of the Villa per week (There are no hidden charges). For more than 4 occupants there is a small surcharge of £35 per additional occupant per week. We require a fully refundable security deposit of £250 to cover any incidental damage, loss of keys etc. Deposits will be returned immediately after your holiday.
