2000 sq ft, self catering 3rd floor condo in The Dunes, Naples, Florida. Its spacious floor plan incorporates 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (inc. 1 large master ensuite with seperate shower and bath). The large open plan living area includes kitchen/breakfast area, (incorporating dishwasher, microwave, large Amercian fridge/freezer, cooker, electric oven), formal dining area and lounge. There is a seperate utility room with washer & dryer. Large balcony with table & chairs. It is tastefully decorated, tiled throughout, carpets in the bedrooms. The apartment has 3 cable TVs, stereo and internet connection. West facing. Five minutes walk from a Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park and beautiful Vanderbilt Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, ideal for spotting dolphins and many other wildlife. The Dunes is a gated community, and it's facilities include large pool with Tikki bar, Plantation Club Restaurant, Fitness centre, tennis. Each building (there are 7) has its own pool and barbeque facilities.

Naples is a 30 minute drive from Fort Myers Airport, 2 hours drive from Miami and 4 hours drive south from Orlando. Vanderbilt Beach voted one of the best top ten beaches in the USA is a 5 minutes walk, also Delnor Wiggins State National Park is nearby. Waterside Shops has a collection of the luxury brand retailers from around the world, restaurants and just a 15 minute drive. There is also Miromar Outlets, a 20 minute drive, with Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfigure, Nike, Banana Republic, Kenneth Cole, just a few of over 140 Top designer & Brand name outlets. 5th Avenue & 3rd street in Olde Naples and Venetian Village are within 25 minutes drive and have beautiful shops and restaurants. For wildlife and boat tours, Everglades City is an hour or so drive away and serves as the gateway for exploring a maze of mangrove islands and waterways. Closer to hand, Tin City offer restuarants, tourist shops, boat hire and boat tours. Naples has over 100 golf courses so plenty of choice.

It has a very comfortable double sofa bed and there is a wardrobe.

There is a seperate breakfast area with a table and 4 chairs and also 2 bar stools, as well as the formal dining area. The balcony also has a table and four chairs and 2 sun loungers. Access to 2 barbeques and the building's own pool is through the ground floor garage towards the rear of the building. The main communal pool is 1 minute's walk away next to the Plantation Club which has a beautiful restaurant. There is also a Tikki bar, fitness centre and tennis courts, with access to tuition and personal trainer.

Golf Courses: During the American off season, which is May through to the end of October, the Dunes have consessional rates for many golf courses nearby, so £20 can get you an 18 hole game with a buggy!
