Vasciano Nove is an old stone farm house in serene hills with its own private (salt system) pool in olive grove & mature garden. The house has an individual feel with a sense of beauty and calm. The garden offers privacy and several shaded eating areas. It overlooks lovely old olive terraces, fields, rolling hills, oak woods and valleys with ancient tracks in all directions. The location provides a choice of complete relaxation, physical activities or intellectual stimulation and is in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty . The nearest village is 10 mins by car. There is easy access to restaurants, wine tasting, art, architecture, medieval hill top towns, Etruscan sites, panoramic views, Lake Trasimeno and its islands. There are many outdoor activities, fashion outlets, shopping, markets, festivals, sulphur springs/spas. Rome, Florence easily reached by train for the day.
