Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Staying in our condo is truly a comfortable and relaxing experience. Cozy furnishings make our home your own. If you want to go for a swim, this first floor unit is perhaps 20 steps from the private pool. For those who like to grill, there is a gas BBQ located about 30 steps from the front door. Tennis courts are located perhaps 40 steps away!

Marco Island's south beach is located just across the road. The beach access is perhaps 200 feet away. You can have a beach vacation without the beach vacation price! Come and enjoy some of the best shelling in the world, or just relax with beach chairs (supplied by the owner) and take in white sand, hot sun and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If adventure is what you want, you can rent a jet ski or go para-sailing...all just steps away!

This renovated condo has two bedrooms. The master has a king size bed so you can spread out and relax after a long day in the sun. The renovated master bathroom connects to the bedroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds - perfect for friends, children or grandchildren. The guest bathroom is directly beside the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have room-darkening blinds for those who want to sleep in. The family room has a sleeper sofa which can accommodate two more people. If you want to watch TV, then you can do so in the family room or in either bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated and has new appliances for those days when you would rather stay in and cook. No need to go to the laundromat. This unit has a brand new washer and dryer on the premises. The air conditioner has also very recently been replaced so you should have a nice cool breeze to look forward to when you return from the pool.

Perhaps the nicest part about our condo is the screened in lanai. Relax, eat and drink without having to deal with annoying bugs.

About Allan

My wife (Steph) and I first discovered Marco Island in 2007. We immediately fell in love with the island that we call 'paradise'. We could not get enough of the beaches, the beauty, the friendly people and the laid back lifestyle. We made it our goal to buy a piece of paradise. We were finally able to do so in February 2012. We hope you come to Marco and fall in love with the island the way that we have.

Great Spring Break With Young Kids

We had a great time during our stay at this condo and would recommend it to others. The bedroom layout was great, as my wife and I took the master and our 3-yr old and 5-yr old boys stayed in the front bedroom. The walk to the beach is easy for kids. The selection of toys for the kids to use on the beach is great, and the cart made carrying it all to the beach easy. The heated pool was a huge plus as we got an unusually cool (60s and 70s) week. The Naples Zoo was a great time on one day, but was very busy.

The whole rental process was straight forward (deposit, payment, deposit return), and the owner and property manager were great to deal with. The property is clean and well-maintained, and looks as expected based on the web page. The grill at the pool and the kitchen make home-cooking easy. The drive from Fort Lauderdale airport is easy, and we'd consider staying at this condo again in the future.

Sea View condo is located a short, easy walk to one of the island's few public access points to the beach. Walks to the beach are even easier from this unit's ground floor location. Just load up their beach implements (chairs, umbrella, toys, you name it) into their beach cart, walk out the screened lanai, and you're on the beach in less time than it takes to ride an elevator down from any one of the beach's high-rise buildings. We prepared meals in the well-appointed kitchen and dined in the lanai. Everyone is very friendly at the Sea View pool. It is well-maintaned and you have your pick between sun and shade. The owner was very helpful; before our trip he told us all about Marco Island and suggested great activities to keep the kids happy and busy. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a easy, affordable beach vacation. Our family looks forward renting this condo again.

Great condo...probably the best location of all the Seaview units. It is close to the pool, beach entrance, and no stairs to climb. The unit has everything you will need for a great vacation. It is nicely decorated...better than the photos convey.

Our Corner In Paradise

This was our second stay at the Seaview but our first time staying in this unit. First let me say that the Seaview's location is the best on the south end. An easy walk to the beach and a short distance to restaurants and shopping. The building and pool are well maintained and since it is a smaller complex it never feels crowded.
This unit was as described. Very clean and comfortable. There have been some very nice updates to the unit. A new washer and dryer and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the screened lanai with the door to the outside. Nice to be able to take the beach chairs through that door and not through the condo. There was a nice assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The pool entrance is close as well as the shared BBQ area. We enjoyed the entertainment systems in each room as well as the Wifi. The owner is prompt to reply to any question or concern. He really wanted our stay to be enjoyable. We loved this unit and look forward to staying there again.
