FRONT DECK WITH BBQ!!

Take the private walk and stairs to this top floor beach house. The first thing you’ll see is a front deck with patio table and chairs and a gas BBQ. Just imagine the fun times you will enjoy here. We’re lucky in San Diego – we can enjoy BBQs and outside living almost every day of the year! And, from your own private deck, you will enjoy ocean breezes and many memorable evenings!!

MODEL HOME PERFECT!!

Step inside and see this model home perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house that can comfortably sleep 7 guests!! The living room is light and bright with a 52' flatscreen TV complete with cable, DVD, and complimentary NetFlix, and lots of couch space to provide maximum comfort for our guests! One of the big couches is a queen size sofa sleeper. WiFi is accessed in every room and even on the outside deck!

Walk through the living room to a large open kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a large dinner or just blend a margarita. Don’t forget, you have a private deck with a BBQ!! You will probably eat most meals outside!

3 BEDROOMS WITH QUEEN BEDS!

Each of the three bedrooms has a comfy queen bed, flatscreen TV's in each, and plenty of closet and bureau space to store your stuff. The master bedroom has its own bath and the 2nd bathroom has a tub and shower, plenty of towels. Have more than 6 in your party? The queen sofa sleeper in the living room will sleep 2 additional guests.

HOT TUB!!

This beach house also features a shared hot tub on the lower level which will feel FAB after a long day of sightseeing or playing at the beach.

The location of this property is outstanding. It is close to stores and restaurants and we loved how close it was to the beach. We could walk along the sand and watch the sunset at dusk and wake-up hearing the soft sounds of the waves.

The overall condition and layout of the property was also very good. It has a large living room with a nice big TV and a dining area and well stocked kitchen which enabled us to gather every evening for a home cooked meal. Lots of cooking utensils and pots/pans which really helped. Comfortable beds with fresh linens and TV's in every bedroom were also a big plus. It was perfect for what we needed.

We had a few minor requests and questions and the management company was very responsive and provided great customer service. We would recommend staying at this property.

Our stay was very enjoyable and we loved every minute. The property was in good condition, the beds were comfortable, it was spacious and clean, and the location could not be beat as we loved the short walk down to the beach! The free NetFlix in the living room was such a great perk as the kids could watch all of their shows in the morning and we would all get together and watch a movie each night. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day at the beach. We had a great time and I would definitely stay at this property again.

Photos need updating Good location

Disappointed upon arrival as the rental unit does not look like online photos. The lovely hardwood floors pictured do not exist - the floors are actually so-so carpeted. Management promised to update the photos, but I see they haven't yet. There was also a need for some touch-up painting and minor repairs. Management promised to take care of those items; I would recommend asking about that prior to renting. Also we arrived late in the evening and the unit was hard to locate in the dark. It would've been nice if we had been given a heads up about this. Overall, though, a good location. Truly just a short walk to the beach. Relatively quiet area. Rental rate was reasonable.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers
Owner's Response: Shortly before this guest arrived, the owner of this condo decided to add carpeting over the hard wood floors in an effort to reduce the noise for the guests in the unit below. The photos have since been updated to accurately represent the carpeting over the wood flooring. In addition, this unit has been completely updated since this review was written with brand new furnishings, flat screen TV's in every room, new bedding, and touch up paint throughout. All of our guests that have stayed here since have been very pleased.

I really enjoyed everything about this property. The rental itself was really nice and close to the beach which was great. It was very relaxing in general with flowers on the table and nice back deck overlooking the backyard and the hot tub. Also really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the backyard. Highly recommended!
