Our property is situated in a typical Tuscan countryside surrounded by vinyards and olive trees, very calm and relaxing. The swimming pool with slightly salted water is located next to the house and has a nice view to the convent of S.Cerbone. The nearby forest invites for walks and jogging. 2km distant there is a tennis club and a golf practicing place. Lucca is 4km distant from the property and offers many cultural attractions. It is the birth place of the composer Giamomo Puccini. In the town the house of Puccini is open as a museum to the public. Not far from Lucca is Torre del Lago Puccini where there is the famous opera festival in July/August every year. Lucca annually hosts the Lucca Summer Festival and the annual Lucca Comics and Games Festival.
From the property one can easily reach Pisa, Pisa airport, Florence, the Cinque Terre, Carrara famous for the marble caves, etc.
