In the heart of Cannes, 1min walking to the sea front, 3min to the festival hall. This stylish and modern apartment is located in the most prestigious area of Cannes: 'Le Carré d'Or'. 5 star hotels, glamorous shops, stylish restaurants and the famous rue d'Antibes are all only minutes away. No need for a car. The ideal place for business people and families on holiday. 'L'Azur' is on the 4th floor of a recently renovated classical building. The entrance is elegant and the modern lift is of a very comfortable size. The apartment has 3 small balconies. Kitchen and living room are south-west facing. L'Azur is very bright with open view over roof tops and all the way to the hills. There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds + 1 sofa bed. The apartment is fully equipped with internet, A/C, washing machine, dryer, oven, grill and dishwasher. As well as ironboard and hair-dryer. Last minute enquiries are welcome. Long term rental is possible during the winter season.

L'AZUR has an excellent location. Only 30 seconds walking distance to 'La Croisettes', the sea front of Cannes and only 5min walking to the congress hall 'Le Palais des Festivals'. This 2 bedroom apartment is within what is know to be the very elegant 'Carré d'Or'. You won't need a car. The very best restaurants, well-known night clubs, the most glamorous boutiques like Cartier, Fred, Yves St. Laurant ... and all the best 5 star hotels are in easy reach. The old town and the old harbour, the famous shopping street: 'rue d'Antibes' as well as the main train and bus station, all within 15min walking distance. from airport to apartment: bus 'ligne express' 210, around 15.00E bus 200, only 1.00 E but much longer taxi 'L'Azur' is ideal for business people as well as families and friends enjoying their holidays between St. Tropez, Nice and Monaco. The weather is great all year around. The sky is so blue and French cuisine is fabulous.

Both apartments can be rented out 'together'. Total sleeping capacity: 10. Walking distance from one apartment to the other: 1 min. 'L'Azur' doesn't have a car park, but there are plenty secure underground parking possibilities at 'Le Gray d'Albion' which is just next door.

Guest comments : Wir kommen jedes Jahr zur Royal Regatta nach Cannes und haben zum ersten Mal L'AZUR gebucht. Bettina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage diser Wohnung ist 1A nur ein paar Schritte zum Hafen. Wir kommen definitif wieder und werden das naechste Mal wahrscheinlich beide Wohnungen auf rue Macé buchen L'AZUR und LE NOSTALGIQUE. Mein Freund und ich kamen zum ersten Mal nach Cannes. Was für eine herrliche Stadt!!! Tolle Straende, sehr gutes Essen, sagenhaftes Ambiente!!! Die Wohnung L'AZUR ist einfach super. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es wurde tatsaechlich an alles gedacht: Waeschetrockner, Bügeleisen, Waescheklammern... Die Lage ist 1A!!! Man braucht tatsaechlich kein Auto. Zum Bus- und Bahnhof sind es nur 5min zu Fuss. Das Meer, die Laeden und Restaurants sind alle gerade um die Ecke. Es hat sogar ein Kino das Filme in Originalversion zeigt. Wir planen naechstes Jahr mit Freunden wieder zu kommen. Vielleicht werden wir sogar eine groessere Gruppe und auch die zweite Wohnung LE NOSTALGIQUE in der gleichen Strasse mit mieten. so central! great view! beautiful apartment!

My wife, kids and I had a great stay at L'AZUR. My older son slept on the new and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room to enjoy the free SKY channels till late at night. Our twin daughters absolutely adored the blue-white and turcoise decoration of L'AZUR and my wife and I loved the brightness and open views. The apartment is in the heart of the Carré d'Or which is the most exclusif area of Cannes. "Everything" is within walking distance: the beach, the main shopping street, open markets, the harbour, the old town. There is lots of choise availble regarding restaurants and most pubs and dancings are nearby. We took the bus up to Mougin, a lovely medieval town in the north of Cannes. We also went on a train ride to Monaco. This took about 50min. There is so much to see and do, 1 week was simply not enough. We will definately come back. Laura, Tim, twins Jessica and Emily + Luke

great apartment!!!

We had a marvelous stay at L'AZUR and can highly recommand this apartment. We absoloutly loved the decoration and the brightness of this place. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Right in the middle of Cannes, only 1min walk to the sea side and 3min to the congress hall. We came to Cannes for the MIDEM end of January. Our collegues who were in other apartments envied us since we had "the best spot". It was very useful to have wireless internet and a big flat screen TV. We will now become regular congress clients at L'AZUR and wish to also come back for a holiday with our partners and friends. Oliver, Jamel, Richard and Sophie from London, UK

This Practically Sea Hugging Appt is nestled up a premier side street, the Bond street of Cannes where no attention to detail has been spared .Well equipped and spotless it is spacious, has several balconies( sea views), is close to all the Hotspots yet affording one a great nights sleep after a great night out, be it Dining, Cinema( latest releases in engkish usually), or the numerous Bars, Restaurants and more.It's hard to imagine a more perfect home from home where the owners provide great customer service but thats what we got(Fab). Some of our Friends have already been there and those that have not soon will. I liked the choice of restaurants, numerous nand various shops and only disliked the shortness of my stay .Bravo and Vive le Cannes .
