Apartment 96 Royal Palm Bay Resort is set in mature landscaped gardens.This second floor, three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is right beside the club house with all the amenities 'WIFI' FREE TELEPHONE CALLS TO U.S.A. & CANADA(heated swimmingpool,hot tub, gym, sauna, pool table, tennis and children's play area). Just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport/55 minutes from Sanford Airport.

Everything is included in the property for your complete vacation very close to great shopping and all the major theme parks.

The condominium is of the highest standard, the en suite master bedroom has its own balcony over looking a conservation area for complete privacy. The swimming pool can be seen from the dining area in the apartment.

The condo was as charming and spacious as the pictures indicated, and was so nice and clean. We were in and out a lot, but it was a well-located base for all the magical things (Disney parks, Universal parks, Kennedy Space Center, historical downtown, everglade airboat tour- we used Wild Florida which also had a great wildlife park) there are to do in the area, as well as a relaxing retreat to come back to and get a peaceful night's sleep. The grounds were a lush combination of forest and tropics, and we all wished we had more time to just sit on the balcony or by the pretty outdoor ponds. There was an Italian restaurant fairly close by that had the best pizza ever called Giordano's.
Lewis and Jacqueline were quick to respond to every inquiry and need. They went above and beyond to make us feel like welcomed guests.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Hi Lewis & Jacqueline: You have a beautiful condo. It is nicely decorated and has everything we needed for our three week stay. The condo is very clean and well maintained. It is located very close to the clubhouse and pool which is an added bonus. Your condo is ideally located within 15 minutes of disney, aquatica and seaworld. We will be calling again on our next visit to the Orlando area.

Still a wonderful place to stay.

This is our second stay in this unit and it is a great place to stay. It is really decorated nicely.

We enjoy the big shower in the master bathroom and the deck that is right off the master bedroom.

I am a confirmed tea drinker and I loved having the electric kettle. We don't do a lot of cooking , but if you did I can't imagine that you could possibly need anything that isn't right there in the unit.

The unit is right next to the club house and several times we went to the side gate at the pool instead of going in through the club house. It's like having your own private entrance since most people don't use it and we loved being able to go down and enjoy the hot tub in the evening.

We go down by ourselves and it is a lot of room for two people, but I truly can't imagine going back to staying in a hotel. We are already looking forward to going back again and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
