PRIVATE, ROMANTIC, VILLA WITH PASTORAL ,OCEAN VIEWS

If we weren't already sold on this house from the pictures, phone calls with Randy cinched it. He provided us with so much insider information that it made planning our trip to Puerto Rico and Vieques easy. He told us how to get around, recommended restaurants, and let us know that three days in Vieques wouldn't be enough. He was right.

This house is perfectly located between Isabel II and Esperanza. We used it as home base as we explored the many beaches of Vieques and traipsed into town. The driveway is very steep, but after the first day, we felt like old pros pulling in and out in our rented Jeep.

Truth be told, we spent very little time inside the house. Most of the time we were there, we were outside in the deck. With a view of the Caribbean Sea, the view couldn't be beat and we enjoyed every minute of it that we could.

When we return to Vieques, I hope we can stay here again.

I am late writing my review but wanted to add to other's accolades about this property. You absolutely cannot go wrong. The property owner met us at the airport and took us to our car rental office and then gave us a personal tour of the home... which is just as advertised. Once you get to Vieques you will understand how convenient this location is. It is on the ridge that runs down the middle of the island and it is equal distances to Esperanza and Isabelle II. Beyond convenience it is well maintained, had everything you need and is a beautiful tropical get away.Also, a great deck with a coconut tree growing out from it has a very nice stainless steel grill for great BBQ under the coconut tree,can also pick them ! The views are spectacular.The house is located only 5 minutes from the entrance to the Fish &Wildlife Preserve, which has some of the best beaches in Vieques. Beaches in Vieques are untouched and some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. The island is home to some of the friendliest, life loving people you will ever come across. We really enjoyed our trip and will return to this very house. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laid back Caribbean vacation.

WOW,WHAT AN AWSOME HOUSE AND ISLAND!.WE LOVED THE LOCATION ,EASY TO GET TO THE BEST BEACHES,5 MINUTES TO THE ENTRANCE TO THE FISH /WILDLIFE PRESERVE,AND FEW MINUTES TO BOTH MAIN TOWNS.THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD ,BUT YOU GET THE FEELING OF BEING AWAY FROM IT ALL ....ITS A VERY PRIVATE ,ROMANTIC SETTING. HOUSE HAS 2 AWSOME PATIO/DECKS WHERE WE SPENT VERY MEMORABLE DAYS GRILLING FISH/LOBSTER UNDER THE COCONUT PALM ON THE DECK .PLACE HAS LOTS OF GREAT PATIO FURNITURE ,MANY SPOTS TO DINE AND WINE. THE SOUTHERN COASTAL VIEWS WERE TO DIE FOR, GREAT TIMES ! THE HOUSE HAS AWSOME DECOR WITH ITEMS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD,ADDS A VERY TROPICAL FEEL TO THE VILLA.THE HOUSE HAS A GREAT KITCHEN ,WITH IT SEEMS LOTS OF NEW APPLIANCES.THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PROVIDING INFO IN BOOKING AND WAS AGAIN VERY NICE IN PROVIDING INFO WHEN WE WERE AT THE HOUSE.....OVERALL IT WAS A TOTALY AWSOME VACATION AND CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN TO THIS HOUSE AND AWSOME ISLAND !
