Luxury NEW 1 bed apartment in central Cape Town, Green Market Sq. This 1930s art deco building has been tastefully converted into apartments on the famous Green Market Square. The apartment has high ceilings in line with the Art Deco period, keeping some of the original fittings, which include the original windows and beautiful hardwood doors throughout. The apartment is self catering with large LCD / TV and stereo unit accompanied with some beautiful wall art. The 1930s windows have beautiful hard wood blinds and fitted curtains, so why not sit back and relax in the middle of Cape Town in a little bit of luxury. The apartment is centrally situated surrounded by cafes and restaurants and the bustle of the market it’s self, which is fascinating to watch while you sip your cold beer or cappuccino. Getting around could not be easier with a 15 min walk to the V&A or a very short taxi ride and remember you are surrounded by some major retail shops right in the middle of CapeTown.

Notes: The above apartment has just been fitted out to a very high standard. The lounge has a leather sofa and large LCD, TV and stereo system with a large window that gives great light to the lounge. The apartment could not be any more central in Cape Town sitting on the historic Green Market Square and all its cafes and restaurants. Just a few meters from the apartment are some of the major retail shops in South Africa. The famous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is 15 mins walk from the apartment or if you feel lazy then jump in a taxi, which is available from the taxi rank across the Square from the apartment
