The main house is in the center & reaches three stories inclusive of over 3,100 sq ft. Open plan main floor comprises foyer, living room, dining, kitchen & separate laundry room. Living room w/ fireplace focal point. Newly renovated kitchen w/ Corian counters, spacious custom cabinetry, convenient center island, breakfast bar, & top of the line appliances. Soaring ceilings & tiled floors finish off the main level.

The second level hosts the three bedrooms. Luxury master suite includes private sitting room, walk in closet & en-suite bathroom complete w/ jetted tub, walk-in shower & his & her sinks.

Two guests room share a full bath. Unobstructed water views from all rooms on this level.

The top floor cupola room is unfurnished, walk out balcony off of this room w/ stunning views of the Sea of Abaco.

The west wing is a fully furnished, two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Full kitchen, dining & separate living area complete this apartment. It has it’s own entrance.

The east wing is perfect for overflow guests. Complete one bedroom one bathroom apartment w/ it’s own open full kitchen dining & living area. Separate entrance for privacy.

Fully fenced, grassed and easy care landscaping.
