Unique Friday to Friday Rental. Family Home Close to Beach and Bike Trail.

Our family's first time in the Cape and we were lucky enough to stay in this great house in Eastham. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for us and our 5 children. It was quiet at night and the air conditioners worked great when it was hot. We loved that we were centrally located; seems like we were close to everything: the flea market, drive-in, mini golf, Stop & Shop...the owner was extremely helpful and always very easy to get in touch with. All in all a great vacation and we hope to be back again next year! Thank you very much!

We had a very pleasant stay in this charming house, which was very clean, convenient and well-equipped with everything we needed. We definitely felt at home! The kitchen looked brand new, with appliances in excellent shape. We went to the restaurant only once during our one-week stay! We also enjoyed the various beach items that were provided (chairs, umbrellas, bikes...), as well as the gas BBQ. We were 10 people living in the house, and we never felt like it was too crowdy (except maybe around the table!). The outdoor shower was also very useful, especially when we were back from the beach.

As described, it was a very quiet location, not that far from the Nauset Light Beach (only 5 minutes drive). The parking was always full quite early, but on the week days we could park at the high school nearby (10 minute walk). The bike trail was also very close to the house, as indicated by the owner. We really appreciated the valuable information the owner provided us before our arrival regarding the surroundings, the places to see, the good restaurants, etc.

Also, the owner was easy to reach, reliable and very nice. We didn't have to call him during our stay because everything went on just fine, but we had spoken to him on the phone and by email before our arrival, and the communication was excellent. The Friday-to-Friday rental formula was just perfect, as the traffic can be really heavy on weekend days.

If you're looking for a relaxing stay with your family, in a well-maintained house not too far from the beach, we would definitely recommend this property.

I loved the house and its location. I could ride my bike to most of the places I needed to go. The AC units were great for the hotter days during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the washer and dryer looks new. The owner was very helpful in letting me have all the information about the house and the surrounding area. I would happily stay again.
