Part of the private Eastern Shores Peninsula (In Marsh Harbour) It's at one of the narrowest points on the island which offers spectacular dual views of the Sea of Abaco sunsets and sunrises. Every room has a view, Master has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom (shower only) and private deck access. The Guest bedroom has a twin and a double bed also private deck access and ensuite bath that is also accessible from the front room. From the living room step up to a second sitting room which can also convert to a third bedroom utilizing a queen sleeper sofa. The loft room has it's own walk out balcony. Fully equipped ample kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. The dining room just off of the kitchen has seating for six. Spacious living room complete with cable TV, CD/Tape/DVD Player has maximized views with 3 sets of sliding glass doors and enjoys excellent crosswinds year round.. High Cathedral Ceilings give this home a tropical feel. Feed the fish from your outside deck which meets the waters edge. There are two beaches located near by, visible from the deck and just steps away. Plenty of windows allow for great views from inside the home as well as providing a large amount of natural lighting. Have a quiet morning breakfast out on the deck or catch a tan in the afternoon sun using the provided lounge chairs and outside furnishings.
