This vacation home/cabin is clean, majestic, and well decorated. Situated in the forest on the lake, is awesome!

We are located in Island Park, Idaho and only minutes away from any trail-head going into West Yellowstone,or on the groomed trails of over 1000 miles of off road travel.

It is perfect for snow lovers, and those who just want to relax and get away in the snow capped beauty of the forest without leaving the home! In the summer it is delightfully situated for all ages, young and old will enjoy themselves here.

Each bedroom is a suite and has an individual bathroom and walk in closets. This is a place where you can bring your group for a great meeting place and memory maker.

We supply all the kitchen appliances and dishes. dishwasher, double oven, microwave, waffle makers, crock pots, bakeware, utensils, etc. We have clean beds, soaps, shampoo, conditioners, clean towels and bedding, and warmth. All you need to bring are your personal items, food, and love!

The memories you make will be sweet! When you think back on this vacation, a smile will cover your face!

We are 45 min. from West Yellowstone, 2.5 hours from Big Sky Ski Resort, 4 hours from Jackson Hole, Wy. 3 hours from Targhee Ski Resort, and minutes away from snowmobiling just outside the door, pulling inner tubes, (six are supplied by us) and cross country skiing on groomed trails from the cabin. Nearby is the Rendezvous Ski Trail system for Olympic and World Class trainers. Harriman State Park is 20 minutes away, offering groomed trails, and a myriad of other activities.

We love being at this cabin. We know that your group will also have a wonderful time here! We can't wait to hear from you!

About Lois Webb

This cabin was built for our family of five children and fourteen grandchildren. We have enjoyed it very much, and have found that it is difficult to get together as often as we planned because of work schedules. As we thought about the beauty of the cabin and lake, we decided to open it up to other people to share with their loved ones and groups of friends. It has proved to be a great experience for all who have decided to come stay here. We are so glad to share it with you.

Why Lois Webb chose Island Park

This is a great family vacation home, because of the intent in which it was built. It is family friendly, and conveniently serves large groups. There is a pool table and a piano in the game room. Two large screen televisions for different groups to view. The lake is a great source of fun for all ages. We are located in a water skiing haven! If you aren't on the lake yourselves, you can watch many others as they enjoy the lake!

What makes this cabin unique

We have a large fenced in back porch. Little children are safe as they play on the porch. We have a children's swimming pool for them to play in as the adults sit and enjoy the outdoors with them. There are swings in the trees, and a paved front lane for the roller blading and bike riding groups. And the sunrise coming up just in front of our cabin is spatular! So worth getting up for!

***Wintertime is a special time in Island Park! There are literally 1000's of groomed trails for snow mobiles, cross country skiiers, and snow shoe hiking. It is only 45 minutes away from West Yellowstone with all the activities there are to do there. Snow Mobiles are available to rent to ride into the park, and snow coach tours are a warm way to enjoy Yellowstone. Ice fishing is a favorite for many fishermen and women on Henry's Lake,Hebgen Lake, and the Yellowstone lakes and rivers. Tubing with the kids is a real treat and we do have tubes on site for your enjoyment. We have a beautiful gas fireplace that you can snuggle up next to and just enjoy the outdoors by looking out the windows! That is for those of you who don't like to get cold, but love to be with people who do! We have a full library of books to enjoy! Additional information about rental rates

We require a non-refundable deposit fee of $500.00

120 days prior to your vacation, we charge half of the remaining charges,
60 days prior, you may still cancel you reservation, or pay the last half of the remaining fee. No Refunds after this 60 day payment.
Fees And Taxes We charge $300.00 for a cleaning fee

We have to charge 9% taxes for service tax
We do allow a refund on the cleaning fee in our contract. If your group would like to do the cleaning, you must sign the agreement to do so. We need to reserve our cleaning crew in advance. It does require time for washing and drying the sheets, and about 2 to 3 hours of work, maybe less if all the people pitch in. We then allow you to stay later on your last day.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes:
Our kitchen has granite countertops, and all the dishes, pots, pans, crockpots, skillets, wafflemakers, spices, utinsils, etc. needed to fix meals for large groups. Our bedrooms,each have a walk in closets, and individual bathrooms. There are two sets of washers and dryers. The A frame window overlooks the lake and is facing east with a glorious view of the sun as it rises over the lake! We have a DVR with great movies recorded for your group, on 2 60 ' plasma TV's. There is a basic wildlife museum in our cabin with a bear, moose, coyotes, fox, beavers, racoons, etc for your family to see. We use this cabin for ourselves and have decorated it well! People walk in and say, 'Wow! This is more than just a cabin!' It truly is mountain relaxation in a wonderful clean home! Wonderful Cabin

We recently had our family reunion at the Moosey On In Cabin. We had a wonderful time. The beach was great because it had sand for the kids to play in and a nice dock for the boat. The rooms were clean and well thought out as they had extra bedding and a bathroom attached to each room, ingenious!
The piano and pool table were enjoyed by all, as well as the little hide away closet with toys for the little ones. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and we recommend bringing waffle mix to make belgian waffles, they were very delicious. We recommend this cabin to anyone!

We spent almost 5 full days and 4 nights - it was great. Best sleeping arrangements that we have ever had with a large group, including young kids. Having a bathroom with each bedroom is great. Very well laid out and the setting is spectacular. Great memories!

We loved it! Even in the rain

We came from Utah, Idaho and Oregon. We loved it! It rained, but the house kept us safe. We wee impressed with the roof. The view is beautiful, we love the large gathering space. We liked the signs nailed to the trees on the way in. Each family had a separate room. Some of the guests stayed in the closets! Overall it was splendid! Thanks so much.
