This 3,200 square foot home was constructed in 2008 and has been lovingly lived in by mother ever since then. Now she's asked me to offer it to vacationers through this site.

Ideally located on the Monterey Peninsula, between lively Cannery Row and Downtown Monterey and the refined elegance of Pebble Beach and Carmel, while still within walking distance of downtown Pacific Grove, this Craftsman home is the perfect base for your stay on the Monterey Peninsula.

Featuring top notch accoutrements and installations, the house is light filled and airy while maintaining a cozy feel.

The master suite features a deep soak tile tub that offers views of the Monterey bay while bathing. There is also a gas fireplace at the foot of the tub. The master suite also has access to a Balcony and a second story terrace, truly a romantic place!

Loved it! Renting this home was a great experience. Communication with the owner was excellent. The pictures accurately show the property. It was very large and clean. It is well appointed with great appliances. Great location. The two outdoor patios on the second floor were nice places to sit and relax. Limited ocean views from the home. I would definitely rent again and I would recommend it to friends and family. Although the listing didn't indicate this, it does have excellent wifi throughout the house. Comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms and plenty of towels. If I had to give any less than positive criticism, it would be regarding the comfort of the sofas in the family room, but other then that, it was perfect. Pacific Grove is right near Monterey and Carmel. There are lots of great restaurants between those three cities. You are also very close to the ocean and beaches.

Pictures do not do this home justice! It is very spacious, yet comfortable and homey at the same time. The kitchen was very well equipped and we prepared all our meals at the house. The home was very clean, well appointed, and well maintained. The location was great - close to beaches, downtown Pacific Grove and the Cannery Row area of Monterey. Shawn and his mother were a joy to work with. We particularly love that it is a pet friendly property - we have found our "home away from home" in Pacific Grove and we can't wait to return!

The perfect house for a large group

We stayed here with a group of 10 friends and had an amazing visit. The house is beautiful - much nicer than a typical rental. A great kitchen with a Viking gas cook top, the master bath has a towel warmer, very well appointed. And the Aquarium tickets were a bonus since we were planning to go there anyways. Thanks for a great weekend, we'll be coming back next year!

My group of 7 really enjoyed our stay at the property which is definitely a beautiful home . Our our needs were catered for and the free passes to Monterey Aquarium were really a bonus.

My family and another (11 people total) had a fantastic time at this beautiful large home in Pacifc Grove this summer. The house was large enough to give everyone a bit of their own space while also affording big gathering spaces to all be together. A perfect place for two families. The location was excellant to all the major attractions and so nice of the owners to provide some aquarium passes. The house was extremely well cared for and clean. The beautiful kitchen was well appointed and lack for nothing. A great vacation!!
