You have access to an outdoor heated pool (75ft), fire pit and a jacuzzi spa. At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations’ oldest city. Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

Inside There is a beautiful club room to lounge, watch the ocean, play billiards. On the second floor there is a sheltered sun deck. Concierge service during the week and security for your safety. If you need to work there is a business centre, overlooking the sun deck, with computer, printer, photocopying machine & scanner, just bring paper. This is a non smoking condo.

This property was everything I expected it to be after viewing the video and conversing with the owner. It is spacious with a beautiful ocean view. My entire party was accommodated and comfortable. The condo was clean and appeared well maintained. I would recommend this property to my friends and family and I hope to return again this year.

We rented this for our tour staff to stay during Daytona Speedweeks. The accommodations were amazing and would love to rent it again. Will recommend to others for future plans as well.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo in Daytona Beach, Fl. Everything is just as pictured in the listing. We were traveling with small children and found it to be very kid friendly and very elegant at the same time. We loved the spacious gourmet kitchen that allowed several people to help prepare meals with out getting in each others way. We were able to take advantage of all the buildings amenities including, daily walks on the beach and playing in the sand, splashing in the heated pool and relaxing in the hot tub, even a game of billiards in the club room. The local contact was super friendly and we appreciated the quick response to any questions we had. We had a wonderful week and hope to return again in the future.

This condo was simply amazing. Clean and had amazing views of the ocean. Lots of room and everything was very well kept. Highly recommend it. We will be going back to this place.
