This is a luxury 3 bedroom Villa on Chatham Park, with Disney on your doorstep and is ideal for shopping and restaurants on the 192. The Villa backs onto a Woodland Area, and there is also a tennis court and children's play area within view, so it is ideal for children. There are 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with large walk in shower. There is also a Queen sized bedroom, and a further twin bedroom with a Mickey Mouse theme, and an adjoining 2nd bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast area. The utility room has a washer and drier, which leads into a spacious double garage. The villa also has an excellent Property Management company, who can offer you help and advice on all there there is to see and do, should this be your first visit.

This villa is located approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and is just off the 192. The screened pool is made private with privacy screens, and backs onto Woodland area, with tennis courts and a childrens play area close by. Many of the main attractions, including Disney, Universal and Sea World are all within easy reach. For those who enjoy retail therapy, there are several large shopping malls close by, and many restaurants. Kennedy Space Centre and various beaches are in easy drive away. There are also several Championship Golf Courses close by.

  • Payment can be accepted by personal cheque in Pound Sterling or US dollars, depending on the home county of renter. We are able to offer special rate for long term bookings - i.e. one month and over.
  • Pool heating is available at an extra charge of £65 per 7 day rental period.
  • A booking deposit of £100 per week is required to reserve the property. Payment of the full rental charge is required no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within the 8 weeks of arrival date, payment in full is required. A booking form with full details will be sent.
