The villa is fully air conditioned throughout along with ceiling fans in most rooms. All linen, pots, pans and silverware and towels (both bath and pool) are provided. The property has a management company that will offer first class service should you have any problems during your stay and would be more than willing offer any advice that you require.
Kitchen
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, all modern appliances, dishwasher, larger cooker, microwave, Fridge/freezer with chilled water along with crushed/cubed ice, coffee maker, toaster and for the British a electric kettle for that all important cup of tea. Breakfast bar with four high stools.
Dining Area
The dining area is the place for formal meals, whether you prepare something yourself in the fully equipped kitchen or perhaps it is something delivered or brought home after your day out.
Family Room
The family room is furnished to a high standard and has an office desk, 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee, arm chair, 2 small tables, 1 coffee table with 4 foot stools, console table, lamps, 46” LED TV with HD cable channels, Blu-ray player, TV stand, ceiling fan. Free Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
Master Suite
The Master suite has a King size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, large dressing table with drawers, alarm clock, TV with HD cable, en-suite with double sink unit, large walk-in shower, toilet and cupboard for fresh towels. Walk-in wardrobe, safe (for guests use), hair dryer, ceiling fan.
Queen Suite

In this purpose built game and entertainment room there is a 7ft Pool Table, selection of board games, 2 seater settee, 2 bean bags, 4 stools, TV stand, 46” LED TV with HD Cable, Blu-ray player, over 30 DVD’s, Xbox 360 with internet connection, selection of Xbox games, ceiling fan.
Pool Deck
What better way to cool down than in our large pool. This will be a real favourite with the kids! The main features of this area are the large swimming pool & Jacuzzi, pool and Jacuzzi lights for night bathing, Ideal to relax and unwind after a hectic day. There are 5 Sun beds. The pool is South facing (sun all day long) over looking nature conservation area. Inflatables for use in the swimming pool.

What better way to relax and leave behind all the everyday pressures of work than to have a soak in the spa, perhaps with your favourite drink and recalling the days experiences. It doesn't get much better than this.
