New house, furnished, terraced, situated on the waterfront, direct access to the beach (no floodplain). Stunning sea views, the viaduct and the mainland, unique location oléron. House comprising: On the ground floor, an entrance with cupboards leading to 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 x 2 bunk beds), a bathroom with a separate toilet - Upstairs, a living-dining- -room and a fully equipped with appliances overlooking a spacious wooden terrace (with garden furniture and deckchairs) facing the sea kitchen, a bathroom equipped with toilet - outside on the rear of the house, a small enclosed garden with decking ground, garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue in front of the house, a small garden with decking and parking space for cars.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison, nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants.
La maison est propre, bien équipée. Les chambres sont au RDC et le salon cuisine au 1er.
On se gare facilement devant la maison et on a vu sur la plage avec les marrées. Possibilité de se baigner dans la plage en face. Le centre est un peu éloigné de la location, mais on est au calme.
Les personnes qui nous ont accueilli ont été vraiment gentils.
