Our unit is an end unit on the west side of the eighth floor. It has 1801 square feet of spacious living area in an open floor plan with nine (9) foot ceilings. There are three bedrooms, a built in bunk bed area, a queen sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a huge wrap around Gulf front balcony.
Floor to ceiling windows and a 750 square foot wrap around balcony provide breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, fishing fleets, ships and extraordinary sunsets. The balcony is accessible not only from the living room but also from all three bed rooms.
Gulf Crest is one of Panama City Beach's finest deluxe resorts. Gulf Crest has 294 feet of beach frontage. The complex features two large swimming pools, two outdoor spas, a separate children's pool, and a first-rate workout facility. Each floor at Gulf Crest has only 7 condos. An assigned, covered parking space and high speed elevators provide easy access to the unit.
We are located at the corner of Thomas Drive and Joan Avenue. Our address is 8715 Surf Drive, within walking distance of Spinnakers, Hammerhead Freds, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, bumper boats, miniature golf, restaurants, and more!
We have a 47 inch LED flat screen TV in the living room with Blu Ray player. Free High speed internet with router for wirelss connection provided.
The unit has a large, fully outfitted kitchen with solid surface countertops and General Electric Profile appliances. It is furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including smooth surface Cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Enjoy your meal at our dining table that seats six or outside on the balcony enjoying the breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The unit sleeps 10. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, a bunk area with 2 twin bunk beds, and a queeen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a new flat screen TV.
Other features of our Gulf Crest condo include ceramic tile floors throughout the kitchen, foyer and dining areas, cultured marble tubs with glass enclosures, free local calls and free access for toll free calls, and ceiling fans. Towels and linens are provided too but bring your beach towels.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.

*State, County, and City taxes are not included in rates. Cleaning fees are included in rates.
Security/damage deposit of $300 is required to reserve unit. Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned within 10-14 days of your departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less a $25 administrative fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.
Monthly reservations must be cancelled 90 days in advance of arrival for refund of deposit. If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of arrival of monthly reservations, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited.
Full payment for accommodations must be received 21 days prior to arrival. (30 days for monthly)
