The first floor features a large living room and dining room with water views, and a covered porch overlooking the yacht basin and equipped with designer patio furniture . The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and supplied with fine china and luxury flatware and stemware. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with water views. The master features a king bed and an ocean-view balcony with seating for four. The guest bedroom, which also has ocean views, has twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep two more guests.
