Our vacation home is within 3 miles of the Thoroughbred Track, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, downtown Saratoga Springs, racino and a multitude of exciting activities. Enjoy the large deck with ample seating while using the gas barbecue grill.

This is a two level, four (4) bedrooms, and two (2) baths home. If you are planning, a family gathering this home is ideal. There are two separate living quarters. On the first floor is a living room, bedroom with a queen size bed and a small private den and bathroom. On the second floor is the larger living room, eat in kitchen, three bedrooms ( two king size beds and a queen). there is a bath with jetted tub.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, garbage disposal and pantry. The cherry kitchen cabinets are full with plenty of glasses, dinnerware, pots including a lobster pot, and utensils. There is a high efficiency washer/dryer. Free Cable and wi fi are available throughout the home.

There is plenty of parking.

Take a walk to the lake for your fishing or kayaking experience. There are three kayaks available for our guests to use at no charge. A pontoon boat is available for a daily, three day or weekly rate.
