Beautiful contemporary, 2 storey home, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and Den that can serve as a 4th bedroom, located in Smiths Parish. The upper level comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Masterbedroom with king bed, bath ensuite, fireplace and balcony. 2 additional bedrooms of equal size with shared bath. One queen bedroom, and one king room or converted to 2 twin beds. Wood floors throughout most of the home. Lower floor consist of large kitchen, with eating area, small bath, dining room, livingroom with fireplace and den. Pool access. Air conditioned and heat througout. Large outdoor patio. Wood floors through most of the home. Travertine floors in diningroom and entry area. Ceiling fans throughout. Large outdoor patio. Shared swimming pool - shared with just 3 other homes. Private 3 1/2 acre estate. Bus stops within short walk.

Great for Family Trip

We spent a long weekend here for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. There were 7 of us total and although the property technically sleeps 6, Sabrina the owner/manager was kind enough to setup a separate room with an air mattress. The property was large, well laid out and had all modern amenities. It also has a great outdoor deck perfect for afternoon sunsets. The property itsself is part of a small condo complex on Mosquito Hill which is about a 15 min walk from Flatt's Village and a 10 min cab ride to Hamilton. There is a common pool onsite which would have been great if the weather had been a little warmer. Overall a great place to spend a quiet, long weekend with family. Highly Recommend.

My family stayed for one week at this location in Bermuda. The house was centrally located and the accomodations were perfect for us. The owner was very helpful answering questions before and during our stay. The views from this location were outstanding. We totally enjoyed our VACATION!

Great vacation!!

We are seasoned travelers. This townhome was perfect for our group. Three couples of family. Very spacious and clean. Great central location on a fantastic island. Plenty of bath & beach towels....Washer & dryer is nice to have as well. Large, well furnished kitchen and great patio area with table & chairs. All the cable TV channels you're used to. Although we all rented mopeds and utilized taxis at night, the bus stop was close by and the buses run frequently. The Flatts area is less than 5 minutes away....several fabulous waterfront restaurants. Rustico was my favorite. Great pasta and seafood at decent prices. Grocery store, Modern Mart, and the best breakfast on the island, Speciality Inn, are next door to each other 5 minutes away at the corner of South Rd. & Collectors Hill. There is a package store for adult beverages you can walk to in 3 minutes. Take a left out of the driveway and you are there. City of Hamilton with restaurants, shopping, landmarks...close by as well. Elbow, Horseshoe beaches 10 -15 minutes via the beautiful scenic South Rd. Sabrina was great to deal with...very accommodating, super quick responses to all questions. All in all, probably the best deal on this fabulous island. Great shopping, dining, beaches, weather, nice people everywhere you turn. In a word, wonderful!! We love island vacations...been to a bunch of them worldwide, Bermuda is as good as it gets!!

Your home was simply perfect for our family stay in Bermuda. The
layout of the rooms was great and everything worked wonderfully for
us. We got to know George (taxi driver) and his services; he's a real hoot to
listen to with all of his stories. He was always on time and couldn't
have been nicer. We also learned the bus system and rode that quite a
bit as well.

We will surely recommend you and your property to any of our friends
and aquaintances that want to visit Bermuda and need a nice home to
stay in. Thank you again!
