Villa Nishita is a brand new luxury villa with all the modern comforts expected in a high quality holiday home. The villa is located in a quiet residential area yet within walking distance of all the clubs, restaurants and beaches of Ayia Napa. There is a private pool and a landscaped garden with sun loungers and BBQ. The villa has three spacious bedrooms each with private balcony, en-suite bathroom and sea views. There are power showers and shaver points in each bathroom. Inside the villa you will find spacious open plan living area with LCD TV, PS2, satellite and DVD player. Bring your iPod and plug into our MP3 music player. In the kitchen you will find a large fridge freezer, water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven. Luxury and comfort are the theme of this villa either it is the fantastic location, fabulous sea views, en-suite bathrooms, LCD satellite TV or power showers. We provide all the linen and towels including beach towels.

Ayia Napa(or Agia Napa), located southeast of the islands coast, is reputable for its tourist resort all over Europe. It is one of Cyprus's most popular beach resorts. Holidays in Ayia Napa really do have the best of both worlds. On the one hand, the resort's a buzzing party paradise, bustling with cutting-edge clubs and trendy bars. On the other hand though, there's a more tranquil side to this once fishing village. Beautiful snow-white beaches, narrow cobbled streets and serene shady squares all show off a different side to Ayia Napa holidays. Take a look at the medieval monastery and stroll around its gorgeous gardens. Flop down onto the silvery sands of Nissi Beach were the waters sparkle like crystal. Or pull up a chair at a pavement cafe in the atmospheric main square and watch the world go by. The main centre of the district is Paralimni, 3 miles north of Ayia Napa itself. East of the village is Protaras, known for its lively night-life and party people.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Deposit: A non returnable deposit of 25% of rent is payable on booking. If a booking is made 8 weeks or less before arrival, the full rent is due at the time of the booking.
    Final Payment: Remaining balance must be made in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Non payment by that date will be treated as a cancellation and the owners may re let the property without reference to the applicants who remain liable for the full amount although credit will be given for any rents received as a result of re letting, less the owners expenses. The same will apply to a cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival date.
  • Security deposit: A security deposit of £300 is charged at the time the balance of the rent is paid, to cover damage and breakages which will be refundable within 14 days of the vacation of the property as long as no damage has been incurred. If there has been damage or breakages the amount for repair will be deducted from the security deposit and if the damage be more than the security deposit the tenants will be liable.
  • Method of payment: Payments can be made in GBP, EUR or USD using credit or debit card. You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer in pound sterlings or euros.

Welcome Pack and Cleaning: We provide a complimentary welcome pack consisting of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, butter, bread, eggs, water and juice. We also carry out mid stay cleaning and change for stays of 2 weeks or more. These two services are included in all the rental fee except for winter tariffs.

Linen and Towels: All linen towels including beach towels are provided for guests use. Fair use of air con is also included in the rental fee.

Other Activities: Waterworld Waterpark(the largest waterpark in Europe) is only 3km from the property
