Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 7-9)

Enjoy your wildwood summer vacation in this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse.

entry to the house is separate from other units and there are no shared common areas. In addition, there is garage parking for one vehicle and a covered area for an additional vehicle in the driveway.

Just one block from beach, boardwalk, miniature golf/ice cream parlor, bicycle rentals and much more. There is a lot of space to move around.

1st floor has queen size sleeper sofa, 32' TV. DVD, 3/4 bath and sliders to outside patio area with grill, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower and small fenced in yard with access from the street.

2nd floor has Great room w/42' TV/DVD/Stereo/CD home theater, slider to covered porch, large kitchen, plenty of seating and storage. 1/2 bath.

3rd floor has master suite w/queen size bed with tv, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom w/whirlpool tub. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and large closet and third room has 2 twin size beds and tv.

Also has another full size bath. Wash/dryer and more storage.

My family and I travel every year from the the pocono mountains, pa to wildwood for over 20 years. We enjoy relaxing on the beach, riding our bikes along the bike trail that rides along the beach and all the fun night activities that everyone can enjoy. Our townhouse is our second home and we hope to make it yours.

Our stay in this home was perfect. The house was clean, bright, spacious and had a nicely stocked kitchen. We were within walking distance of the beach and convention center. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Wildwood.

Amazing Girls Weekend!

We had a blast for our two night stay over the weekend! This house was perfect! Just a block from the beach and comfortably sleeps 10. The listing on the website was 100% accurate, it was maintained well and very clean. Darlene was great from when we first contacted her, all the way through the rental process. I'd definitely like to return and would recommend to all friends and relatives! Even though it was the bike convention this week (Darlene warned us of the noise) we were able to put that aside and get out for some fun in North Wildwood. I recommend Flip Flopz for anyone looking for a place to dance and have a great time!

Just returned from our stay in Wildwood. The home we stayed in was clean and comfortable and the owner helped us with every concern we had. Just a short walk to the bike rentals on the boardwalk which we did every morning before breakfast and then to Uncle Bills for pancakes. I love this place.
We took a short ride to Cape May to explore and then came back to the Condo to get ready for dinner, which was another short walk.

We plan on coming back next year with family because it seems they have events all year and this Condo is in the perfect location to it all!

Graduation Celebration Getaway

As a graduation present, we allowed our son to choose a beach house so that we can getaway and celebrate his accomplishments. Of all the listings, he choose your home. And we were not disappointed. Your home looks just like pictures: spacious, clean, colorful, modern, and close to all boardwalk activities. We had a great time. I would recommend your home to family & friends. (ps- I hope that you received the table mat :-)

My family loved the townhouse! It was very clean and we loved having a grassy patio area for the baby to enjoy. Everything is included and we didn't have to bring a lot of extras on move in day. We had tons of fun and the location was perfect. The owner was superb and really concerned about our enjoyment. Thanks for a great week.
