Be prepared to enjoy the view of the stunning sunrises over the ocean and enjoy a refreshing drink on the back deck to view the incredible sunsets over the marsh. Enjoy a fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and all the amenities. Watch porpoises at play from the comfortably furnished Great Room. Enjoy the gas fireplace on cool evenings or star gaze from the hot tub. The upper floor is reserved for the extra large master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, en suite bath and large sitting room. Two other bedrooms are located on the main floor, and contain 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Deposit: A Rental Deposit equal to 25% of the total rental cost is required at time of reservation to hold the rental period. The reservation is not considered final until the Rental Deposit has cleared. The Property Damage Protection fee is invoiced with the deposit payment. Owner will continue to offer the rental period for rent until the reservation is considered final. The Rental Deposit is applied toward the rental fee and is not a security deposit.

    Balance: 50% of the balance is due sixty days prior to arrival. The balance of rent, along with the housekeeping fee is due thirty days before your check-in date. The full rent, housekeeping fee, and Property Damage Protection fee is due in full at the time of reservation if the reservation is made less than thirty days prior to the check-in date.
  • Property Damage Protection: Protects the rental from accidental damage caused by guests without requiring a damage deposit. Up to $1500 in coverage for accidental damage to items such as broken lamps, windows and glass; electronics; damaged doors; walls and furniture; stained bedding or linens; lost keys and re-keying costs.

    Payment: Payment(s) are accepted via ReservationManager™ with credit card or eCheck. When paying with ReservationManager™, you are able to make immediate and secure payments by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards or an eCheck (US residents only). Restful and Wonderful Spring Fling!

Glenn, your place is just what the doctor ordered for a much needed R & R. The beach was so quiet and peaceful except for the gentle waves hitting the shore, our 3 mini doxies loved running up and down the beach. We also loved sitting on the spacious deck enjoying all the species of birds who frequented the many bird feeders and houses. The hot tub was a bonus!! You supplied everything and much more, we packed things we did not need, will remember next year for our annual Spring Fling! Thanks again for such a ease free booking, paying and staying!! Hope to be back next year.

In short, this was the best rental property my family have stayed in. The pictures tell the true story, the house is in great condition, and the owner provides everything you would need or want. It is close to the DE beaches and provides a wonderful home away from home. Never have I written a review before, but this house and its owner deserve my praise and thank you, for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful property. We cannot wait to return to stay here again.

Birthday Getaway on the bay

The house was lovely and the fresh flowers in the kitchen were a nice surprise! It has a beautiful view of the bay from the living room and upstairs bedroom. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the house was fully stocked which is helpful. Unfortunately we didn't have good weather to be able to sit outside and really enjoy the deck and view like we wanted to, but at least we were outside for soaking in the hot tub. The house is not as close to the Rehobeth area as we thought, but definitely a in a peaceful area. The cleaning fee is costly since it was only the 2 of us and we were only there 2 nights, we mostly cleaned up after ourselves. Glenn was very friendly and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning and would recommend the house to others, it is certainly a beautiful bayside retreat!

We forgot to write in your guest book about our experience, this letter is our expressions of thanks.

We came to celebrate our friend's 50th wedding anniversary. When we walked in the door we knew right away this was the right choice.

Your home offers a friendly atmosphere, great location, comfortable beds and a gorgeous deck to take in all of the beautiful surroundings.

Glenn, you are a wonderful host. Your caring manner was obvious from the time we first spoke to the time that we were driving home, when you called about a camera being left behind. Joyfully, we discovered the camera was yours.

The weather you ordered could not have been better!!

Thanks for everything!! We will be back.

Amazing House... Amazing experience

Our weekend was amazing. WE walking into the house and we were in love at first site. We celebrated our sisters bachelorette weeeknd. WE loved all the bedrooms, the Fireplace was amazing. The hot tub was awesome.. I loved that we were on the beach, I woke up to see sunrise and take pictures. We suggested that you maybe fix the glass table, it was leaning on one side.

I loved how the whole house had everything you needed.

This is the best place to relax and unwind.. Rent from Glenn.. Very welcoming and i appreciated you checking in on us a few times over the weekend thanks so much.
