Located in beautiful Key Colony Beach, FL. My grandmother brought this condo into our family 27 years ago, and has been owned and enjoyed by our family ever since. Many seasons have been spent in the tropical climate of the Florida Keys in this quaint little gem on Key Colony Beach. Since our family can only vacation here a few times a year we decided that there is no better way to use the space than to have other families enjoy it as much as we do. This 2nd floor condo is two bedroom, two bath and can accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for small families or couples alike. Large bedrooms where beds can convert from 1 King size or 2 Twin/Single beds allows for varied sleeping arrangements. The living room has seating for 6 and flows right onto the screened-in porch outside by a large sliding glass window. The porch overlooks the courtyard pool and ocean, and the condos 2nd Floor height allows for extensive and awe inspiring ocean views. Equipped with full size appliances, the kitchen is outfitted with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. Linens are provided and laundry facilities are on site. A private beach, fishing pier with fish cleaning station and a pool are just a few reasons why our condo gives everyone a chance to relax, unwind, and rest your eyes upon the beautiful Florida Keys.

We had a great time staying there. The pool, beach and fishing pier were especially nice to have on the property. The manager was a very nice woman who was fun to talk to and gave us good advice about the area. The condo was clean, homey and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The maintenance man was there full time and the whole complex was very well kept. There was even plenty of fishing equipment on the screened in porch. We're already talking about going back next winter. The Marathon Lady fishing charter is only about a mile away and it's a fun way to spend a half day. We caught a lot of nice fish. The local watering holes were all fun with lots of live entertainment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying there.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Awesome time!

Had a great time with my wife, 12 year old son and his 13 year old friend. We fished off the pier and caught alot of catfish the first couple days and the last few days began catching some mutton and lane snappers. The beach was great, private and well maintained. The pool was awesome as well. The condo has 3 window units that will freeze you out. The condo had all the accessories we needed for cooking and making drinks. We went fishing on the Marathon lady for a half day trip and had a blast. We also used Deep Blue Dive for a snorkel trip and I think that was everyone's favorite thing we did. The best Key lime pie we had was right there in Key Colony at Sparky's Landing. We made a day trip to key west and went to the aquarium, ship wreck museum and the southern most point. On Big pine we saw alot of key deer. The stay was awesome and we will definetly be back! :)

Excellent stay in Key Colony!

Me, my boyfriend, and one other couple stayed in this condo from the week of March 9th through the 16th. This was our second trip down to the keys for spring break. Last year we stayed at the Courtyard in Key Largo but this year we were looking for something quieter and more cost cost conscious. We booked through HomeAway and had a very pleasant experience with the owner's son Clay. He was very accommodating in getting us in on such short notice. Upon arriving we found the condo to be amazing!! It was extremely clean and felt very cozy, unlike so many other "beachy" condos. This was by far the most well stocked rental I've ever stayed in. On our first day we went to Publix and bought a lot of raw materials for cooking and we could have very easily cooked specialty meals every night. There was always plenty of pots and pans and even Tupperware to store left overs. I must admit that I was a bit apprehensive about sleeping on a bed made of two twin mattress but both of our beds were extremely comfortable. The large living space was greatly appreciated as we were always able to lounge out comfortably after a long day at the beach. An unexpected nicety was having a full blown cable box with an HD flat panel tv. We were never at a loss for something to watch. The complex itself is great, with a large pool and an ocean front tiki hut to grill at. We spent several nights grilling out by the water. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely pleasant and laid back. The fact that the beach was private was a huge plus. On either side of us the beach was always packed, but ours was always quiet and relaxing. Having your own jetties on either side of the water also made swimming much easier. All in all we had an amazing stay and are extremely excited to come back next year!
