Our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom 3500sq ft executive villa situated in a private cul-de-sac, has a private pool and Hot Tub which overlooks a secluded conservation area. Our villa allows for up to 12 guests to stay in luxury in Windwood Bay.
The villa is centrally located within Florida providing easy access to all the major attractions. The villa is within a 15 minute drive to Disney, Sea World with 20 minutes and within 30 minutes to Universal and Legoland. The easy access to the I4 and US 27 means that you are within easy reach of Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and beaches on both the Gulf Coast and East Coast.
The family room is large and comfortable with a reclining sectional sofa and rocking/reclining armchair. This provides comfortable seating to view the 55 inch HD TV with full HD package and Blu Ray player. The family room overlooks the pool and conservation area.
The open plan family room leads into the breakfast area and fully equipped kitchen which has all the appliances and equipment needed in a large family kitchen.
In addition to the 5 bedrooms which all contain flat screen TVs, the upstairs den has a 37 inch HD TV connected to it's own cable TV box allowing full HD experience with full HD package including UK Premier League football. There is also a Playstation 3 with games and a DVD player and a stereo system to enhance your entertainment.
The Den is also equiped with a queen sleeper sofa.
To further entertain your family the garage has been converted into a fully equipped games room that includes a 7 foot pool table, an air hockey table, foosball table and basket ball game.
The 5 bedrooms consist of one master king and two master queen suites all of which have en suite bathrooms, the further two twin bedrooms have access to the family bathroom.
The large master king is luxuriously furnished with a king sized bed and a separate sitting area, with 32inch flat screen TV, to relax in after a long day in the parks or shopping. The master en suite contains his and hers sinks, walk in shower and a large bathtub. There is also a hairdryer for your convenience.
The two queen master suites, one located on the ground floor and one located on the first floor, are furnished to a very high standard and both have 24 inch flat panel TVs. Both have en suite bathrooms with bathtubs with over bath showers.
The two twin rooms on the first floor are brightly decorated and both have 19 inch flat panel TVs. These rooms share the family bathroom.
In addition to the downstairs living space, there is also a quiet sitting room where you can relax and unwind after a busy day. Adjacent to the sitting room is the formal dining area with an extending dining table to seat up to 12 people.
We also provide a travel cot, highchair and strollers for your use at no additional cost.
Our outside pool and patio area is equipped with a dining table and chairs so you can enjoy al fresco dining in the tropical climate.There are also sun loungers and reclining chairs to allow you to relax in the Florida sunshine, After a long day at the parks you can soak away your aches and pains in the 6 seater hot tub, The pool and patio area are enclosed by a screened enclosure to protect you from insects.
