Casa Brisa is a charming rustic Spanish country cottage sitting in approximately an acre of land. It is to be found just outside the old Spanish town of Benissa, situated on a gentle south facing hillside, which leads down to the coast (10 mins) between the popular towns and beaches of Calpe and Moraira. Casa Brisa is secluded, can get the sun all day long, and has wonderful panoramic country views, with the sea in the distance and the Sierra Bernia mountains as a striking backdrop. There is a delightful individually designed swimming pool, and there are plenty of areas for secluded sunbathing. Should you need some shelter from the heat of the sun, there are loggias on the south and west sides of the house which provide welcome shade for al fresco dining. There is also a BBQ area where you can cook whilst watching the evening sun go down over the mountains. It is a truly charming setting for a most tranquil and refreshing holiday, in a casita which you could call your own.

Benissa, near Moraira, is a pretty old Spanish town with direct access to the A7 Motorway to the Airports of Alicante (50mins) and Valencia (1h 20mins). It is situated between the coast itself, with the popular towns such as Javea, Moraira and Calpe being only minutes away, and the picturesque Jalon Valley. This part of the Costa Blanca is surely the most attractive of them all, with it's many clean and varied beaches and coves, and the striking backdrop of the rugged Sierra Bernia mountain range. Benissa is a typical old Spanish town and has a market every Saturday for fresh fruit and vegetables. While Casa Brisa,which is set in it's own land of approximately one acre, is secluded and away from the crowds, it is not isolated and It is only a short drive to the many first class beaches and calas (coves) along the coast between Moraira and Calpe and also that of nearby Javea.The Jalon Valley with it's lemon and orange orchards and amazing views is also only a short distance away.

Notes: Casa Brisa is situated in the countryside, just outside the small town of Benissa and a hire car is a must. There are no buses or taxis readily available, although you could walk to Benissa if wished. There is no telephone available in the casita and it is essential that you bring a mobile telephone so that you can contact the owners' representative on arrival or during your stay should you require assistance. Casa Brisa is NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN due to unprotected boundaries. It is thought that it could be suitable for children over 6. Enquire of owners for more info If there are elderly people in the party, it would probably be advisable for them to use the downstairs twin bedroom, as the risers to the steps on the staircase are a little higher than normal, and it could prove a struggle. Should you require help with cleaning the owners' representative could provide this service for you. There is NO DIVING or JUMPING in the lovely private pool. Max Depth 1.5metres

Accommodation: The comfortable accommodation in Casa Brisa consists of a charming living and dining room in the naya area; an inner living room/study; a twin bedded room; shower room with toilet; and a well-equipped kitchen. On the upper floor, is a bathroom which serves both the cosy single bedroom and the lovely large bedroom with its king-sized bed and central fan (for those hot Mediterranean nights!) Also for your extra comfort, doors and windows in the finca are screened so that they may be left open to provide a through draft if needed.

Car Hire: The hiring of a car is considered essential for this area as you will no doubt wish to explore the lovely coast and to take advantage of the delightful scenery and trips to be had. Hiring a car couldn’t be simpler .There are many to be found online. Should you not be online and require any suggestions or assistance with this, please enquire of the owners. When booking make sure that the car can be picked up and returned at either Alicante (50 mins) or Valencia (1hr20mins) airports. Detailed instructions as to how to get to Benissa will be sent to you, and our representative will meet you at a pre-arranged rendezvous.

Arrival Arrangements: It is extremely advisable that you bring with you a mobile telephone which will work in Europe in case there are any problems and also so that you may communicate with our representative, especially with regard to any delays. On your arrival you will be met at a prior arranged place, and will be shown around the house. A welcome pack is provided, with items for your immediate needs. Sheets, towels and tea towels are supplied, as are beach towels and a cooler box for your extra convenience. There is a linen change once a week. Our representative lives nearby and will be only too happy to take care of any problems or questions you may have. Please note that unfortunately the cottage is very old and does not have wheelchair access to the bedrooms and bathrooms, and that Casa Brisa is NOT suitable for very young Children.
