Porch East, as this house is aptly named, is located on the east end of Hampton Bays, the Shinnecock Hills area of the town of Southampton. It is right across the street from Meschutt Beach, a county-owned park that features swimming, camping, the Beach Hut bar and restaurant and beautiful views of the Peconic Bay.
