Built in 2008, this 2 BR / 2.5 BA unit is part of one of the newest condominium developments in the prestigious neighborhood of Tarrytown. The space showcases designer-selected tile and stone, pecan hardwood floors, and stained birch, solid-core interior doors.

In the kitchen, expansive marble counter tops and Whirlpool Gold stainless-steel appliances encourage guests to exercise their culinary creativity. For those who prefer, there is also a gas grill available for use on the private deck.
