This beautiful 4 bedroom home is 'Completely Remodeled' with all new Furniture, Beds, All Appliances, and Spa. It's located just minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions. It rents for less than two average hotel rooms, but has all the amenities of a first class resort. The home includes a private heated south facing swimming pool with a brand new 51 jet spa. The home is also connected to High Speed Wireless internet and Cable TV.

The home consists of a very well-appointed living room and family room with 47' and 37' Flat Panel LCD TV's, fully-equipped kitchen with attached eating area, separate dining room, bath, and laundry on the first floor. The Master bedroom... features a king-size bed, 37' LCD TV, and large deluxe bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 32' LCD TV. The third and forth bedroom's have two twin sized beds, 32' LCD TV's. There is a second full bath for the upstairs bedrooms.

A private, screened, heated pool and 51 jet spa with quality pool furniture, is just outside through the patio doors in the living and family rooms. This property is privately owned and has 24-hour on call management and is spotless, with professional care for the pool and lawn every week.

The home is located in 'The Hamlets' Gated sub division, one of the nicest and newest neighborhoods in the Disney area. The Hamlets is located 1/4 mile off of Rt.192. It is convenient to dozens of shopping outlets and restaurants and is less than 5 miles from downtown Disney.

The owner Rick could not have been more helpful. The house was everything we hoped it would be. Everything seemed brand new and there was not one thing that we found lacking. The heated pool and hot tub on the back lanai were perfect after a long day of kayaking. There were 5 of us staying here and we had plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet. The location of the home was perfect for attending the parks and being close to shopping etc. will stay here again the next time we head to Florida.

The house was great, and Richard was very helpful and responsive when needed (since we came all the way from Norway, we needed assurance that we had made the correct choice). The house was in an area with a lot of similar houses. At first, it seemed a bit crowded (coming from a spacious country...), but once we came into the house and out to the pool, you had the privacy needed.

We were totally 8 persons, and had all amenities needed, and with stores nearby, the parks a hop away, it was a great week for us all.

We recommend it!

I have to say the Home Owner was very, Nice. Made the procees for a first time Vacation home renter. I was very scipitcle at first but Owner made me feel at ease. The house was everything and more. The home was in a nice quite area. Everything was no more than 15mins away. I would Highly recommend this home and working with this owner and his other properties.
