Many glorious beaches within 10 min by car. Carvoeiro a picturesque village with many restaurants 10min by car. Water park and shopping 5 min.

There are many attractions close by. Two water parks and aqua land where you can book to swim with dolphins. Great boutique shopping nearby in the beautiful port of Portimao with many outside cafes. Further up the motorway near Guia is the huge Algarve shopping centre open till 11pm. In nearby Praia De Rocha is the recently renovated boardwalk with many cafes.

It goes without saying that the golf is fantastic with beautifully maintained courses in Gramacho, Val De Pinta at your doorstep and the recently opened Silves golf course 20 min away.

Other Activities: Waterparks and Aqualand.

Golf: This property is located on the prestigious Pestans Estate. a luxurious development with landscaped grounds. Gramacho course adjacent , Condo based on Val De Pinta course, Newly opened Silves course 20 mins by car. Val De Milho nearby.

The David Leadbetter Golf academy is with in complex with driving range putting green and chipping area. golf lessons available.

This lovely Villa feels like new and is finished to a high spec, very spacious, private and really comfortable. 10 mins by car to fantastic beach, 10 mins to carveriho. Perfect Holiday

EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES

Superb accomodation in a lovely part of the Algarve. It is situated on a very scenic and challenging golf course, ideal for the keen golfers. Very well equipped and a very high standard of fittings. We were 2 couples and we found the property very spacious, it would easily cater for 3 couples or a large family. Beautiful shared pool at the back and most days we were the only ones there.We will definitely go back as soon as we can.
