Upon your arrival at Boracay airport you will be greeted by your personal care taker who will be with you for the duration of your stay, she will then organize and pay for all your transfers to your luxury tropical home. Once inside the gates you we be surrounded by lush green tropical gardens, wild coconut palms and carpeted by fresh golf course green grass.
Come on, step inside, it’s cool in here, look around and let your personal care taker serve you an icy cold beverage while she busily organizes your belongings into your rooms.

Looking around our fully equipped kitchen you will see your dining room to the left and the lower level lounge room, sit down, relax and let the care-taker show you how to use the 51 inch plasma screen and surround theatre system, or maybe the kids can show her how to set up the PlayStation or Wii, whatever your choice be sure to check out our huge dvd collection.

Better get organized for dinner soon, there is nothing better than walking barefoot in the golden sunset evening sands of the world famous White Beach, Boracay, watch the island come alive as the sun sets across the crystal clear warm waters, smell the irresistible seafood, tasty local chicken, famous Filipina pork, spicy beef dishes and fresh local vegetables being cooked in front of you in virgin coconut oil. With hundreds of beach front restaurants to choose from you’re guaranteed to find what your appetite desires.
Are you getting tired? Go home, take a shower, don’t worry there’s soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet tissue there, when you’re done, turn on the a/c and relax into your fresh comfortable queen bed, maybe watch a dvd on the 32 inch plasma at the foot of your bed? Whichever you decide one thing is sure, you’re going to sleep good tonight.
Good morning, your coffee is ready sir/madam. Fruit salad? Bacon and eggs? Toast? Whatever meals you want cooked for the duration of your stay, just ask. your care-taker is more than happy to shop the local markets and find the freshest produce for you, then prepare and serve for you, just make a shopping list then ask her for an estimate price and she will bring back your change with a trusted receipt for every item purchased.
What are you going to do today? Spend some time using our Wi-Fi to tell your friends you arrived safe? You can borrow our free snorkeling gear and splash around in Boracays 21 degree waters if you like? Or maybe hire a jet ski? Or go island hopping? What about a spot of scuba diving on one of our famous ship wrecks? You could always hire a motorbike and look around the island, no license is needed, Puka beach is not far away, and neither is the famous Palawan marine park and underground river network. Why not stay at home and be spoilt? Lie back in the hammock on the upstairs balcony that both bedrooms have access to, and watch the Banka boats sail by. This newly constructed home is 45 seconds away from Diniwid beach and 5 minutes (walking along beach) from White beach. The house is well appointed for a very comfortable extended stay. Enter the gated compound to find a magnificent home surrounded by a perfectly manicured golf course like yard complete with personal vegetable garden and fruit trees. Step inside the house and you will feel right at home.
The house is sparkling clean and will remain that way every day of your stay thanks to the amazing daily housekeeping performed by Jenifer , the housekeeper. The bedrooms each offer Air conditioning but you will not want to use them once you have experienced the breeze which passes through the entire home thanks to its design and that of its bedrooms which each connect to an expansive patio and patio doors.
