Unique River Front Estate on the Willamette River it's like being in the country but only minutes to Downtown Portland. Home Features, gourmet Kitchen with Granite, high end gas cook top with double convection oven, pot filler, apron sink, breakfast nook connected to kitchen. River views from kitchen, nook, dining room, living room, & 2 bedrooms. Home features vintage charm including, hardwoods through out, original tile baths, vaulted ceilings with original wood trim, all brick, with hand carved timbers. Modern amenities include wireless internet to the river, home theatre with 55 lcd, cable, dvd, roku with netflix, lan connections in 3 bed rooms, and theatre room.

I have always and always love being close to the water and living on the water and have a passion for older homes with character. This home has all of this.

What makes this house unique

Love to wake up with my cup of coffee, laptop, and go down to the patio on a spring, or fall day. Do a little work while watching the heron, ducks, geese, and ospreys. After which I may make some breakfast or head into Sellwood and visit a couple of my favorite Breakfast places.

Our trip was wonderful. The house and grounds are beautiful! We only wish that we would've had more time or at least less busy time, so we could spend more time in the yard. Brian is very helpful and we definitely hope to stay here again. Thanks for everything Brian.

What a great home! Comfortable, charming and great location! We had a family get together and staying in this wonderful home made it perfect! Kitchen if fully stocked with everything one might need to cook and beds are soooo comfortable! Brian is wonderful to work with! Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely Fabulous!!!!!!

Perfect!! Perfect!! Perfect!! The architecture and the grounds are amazing and peaceful!! We were fortunate to have great weather. Relaxing (doing absolutely nothing!!!) on the patio by the river was routine. Everything was wonderful, Brian was very helpful, sparkling clean accomodation, and the Beds!!!!!...nothing but compliments from all ..Everyone had their best sleeps in months!!!!
The mornings were spectacular with Hummingbirds, Cranes, Ergrets, Canadian Geese, Bluejays, Chickadees, Nut hatches, and many more !!!!! The view was so awesome and interesting of the river valley we never turned on the Flatscreens once!!!Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away from the city yet still be within minutes of downtown etc.. Beautiful Home!!!

Great home on the banks of the Willamette...

This quiet neighborhood is an outstanding setting for this great home. Very comfortable and well appointed and equipped. The home has multiple areas to gather both inside and out. We used the grill patio and fire ring most nights during our stay. The bedrooms and baths were very comfortable for the group of 8 that we had during our week in Portland. The landscaping is yet another attribute that should not be overlooked. Brian takes great care to assure your are settled and extremely helpful. The views from the various location in and around the house are a pleasure as well. A great home, great value and great experience.
