SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS (7 NIGHTS) ARE REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER RENTAL SEASON. THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAY UNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY, EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER HOLIDAYS.

This gorgeous, bright and spacious home is furnished in a classic but contemporary style perfect for vacation living. From the gourmet kitchen to the formal dining room, this 2 year old home is quality throughout. The large screened in porch and double sized lot allows for stretching out and enjoying yourself, indoors or out. The house is situated between the Townline Road and McKinley Street beaches and close to the shops in Union Pier - yet retains a country feel with the surrounding trees and large corner lot.
