FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTALS (7 NIGHTS) ARE REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER RENTAL SEASON. THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAYUNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY, EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER HOLIDAYS.

Brand new construction in the heart of Union Pier - the 'sister' home to Wintergreen, next door, with a slightly different floor plan. 3 bedrooms downstairs with an upstairs children bedroom with half bath. Spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors, large screened-in porch and all stainless appliances. ALL the modern conveniences plus! Crate and Barrel' style furnishings throughout , this lovely home is situated on a 1/2 acre 'woodsy' lot 2 blocks to the beach. Hot Tub . Parking for 4 cars.
