Nestled in the historic town of Lititz in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, The Lititz Carriage House is within walking distance to the many shops, parks, restaurants and tourists attractions of the town.

The Carriage House is a comfortable, fully equipped guest house. Downstairs is a large living room, cable tv & dvd, with futon & a single bed and powder room; upstairs is a kitchen/dining/sitting room, full bath, and a large bedroom with a queen size bed and day bed that converts to two single beds & cable tv. Washer, dryer, and AC included. Sleeps is up to seven people.

Lititz is home to an Art, craft & antique shows, July 4th celebration in Lititz Spring park. There is an outdoor pool & a rec center for swimming & exercise.

Conviently located within 30 minutes of Lancaster city, Hershey, Strasburg, Intercourse Village, outlet shopping, restaurants, theatres, amish attractions & theme parks.

Day trips to Philadelphia, Ocean City New Jersey, Harrisburg, Brandywine, Longwood Gardens, Gettysburg & Mt Gretna are all do able. A great location for a vacation!

I have stayed at the Carriage House on 2 different occasions and would give it my wholehearted recommendation.This site and photos give a very accurate description of the home. I found it to be exceptionally clean, well equipped and very tastefully decorated. It has an excellent location on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the center of Lititz (a unique and charming town!). It's also a great location for visiting the numerous attractions in the surrounding area. This would be an ideal spot for a couples or friends get-away, a personal retreat, or for a family vacation. I visited in the winter months and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the home as I sipped coffee and watched the snow fall outside! Ruth Ann excels in hospitality and is a very warm and gracious host. You will feel very welcomed and cared for if you stay here! I look forward to returning!
