The villa sleeps 20, 10 bedrooms 9 with en-suite facilities with exclusive use of a panoramic swimming pool.

15 minutes from the Adriatic coast yet is hidden in the centre of 28 acres, perched on a hill in a panoramic position with lovely open views of rolling countryside and the mountains, however is a few minutes from many hilltop villages, shops and restaurants. Complete privacy and tranquillity in an idyllic countryside setting will host you amongst the scents and colours of nature, simply Italy at it's best. Le Marche - Italy all in one region.

Further info: Linen and towels are included, but we do not provide towels for outside use. We advise guests to bring their own towels for external use, i.e. to use around the swimming pool or at the beach.

NB: Beach towels can be purchased directly from us if required.

The property is cleaned on a weekly basis and we require guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30 am latest on the change over day, to allow us time to thoroughly clean the property prior to the next booked period.

Guests booking a longer period than a week, should allow us access to clean and change the linen/towels on a weekly basis.

We offer a professional tailor made wedding service, including the civil ceremony held at the villa,

catering requirements to suit guests budget, holding a small or larger wedding party for approx. 20-50 guests.

About Daniel Jennings

We are Daniel, Candida, Elettra (7), Achille (5) and Atena Jennings(2). We moved from the UK to Italy in 2001, deciding it was a better place to start a family and change our way of life. Since then we haven't looked back.

We offer guests a friendly and professional service, helping each group with local information, general holiday advice i.e: best places to eat out, food shopping, local places of interest, markets, sagra's (fates) and great local beaches.

We live on site, away from the farmhouse, which is fenced for guests privacy. We deal with property up keep, grounds and pool maintenance, making sure the property is always kept at it's best and your stay is problem free.

To date we have planted over 4000 trees all around the property, thus creating a natural and peaceful oasis for our guests to relax in this rural retreat. We also sell our organic Jams and Olive oil from the farm.

You'll have a memorable stay at Villa Pomegranate and be able to discover the fantastic and breathtaking region of Le Marche.

We fell in love with the area and particularly the panoramic views from the hilltop location, with the back drop of the mountains. The villa is very close to local shops just 1.5km away, but at the same time we are away from the crowds. The position of the house offers guests complete privacy and benefits from all modern comforts you will need. The property has been restored to a high standard and maintains all original features, brick work, oak beams and terracotta tiles. Where possible we reclaimed original materials and reused them in the restoration process. At the same time the property has been restored to tight public building regulations and standards against earthquakes. The Adriatic coast is just 20 mins away, where as the mountains and national park are a 40 minute drive.

What makes this farmhouse unique

The villa & wedding venue offers guests many outside areas, covered during the summer months, for everyone to enjoy & perhaps escape to find their own corner when wishing to relax & enjoy the unspoilt view. The property offers complimentary Wi-Fi internet accessed all around the property, with an extra wi-fi access point on the Ground Floor. Furthermore, 9 out of 10 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which we believe is an added bonus, especially with large groups who have young children. The property has automated electronic gates, ensuring guests undisturbed privacy & safety. Whether you are getting married, taking your summer holiday or short break, this is a fantastic location. A Delightful Converted Rural Farmhouse

"Villa Pomegranate is a delightful converted farmhouse in the picturesque rolling countryside of the Marche region . Set in a quiet rural location it has good restaurants and a local supermarkets within 5 mins drive,the Adriatic coast is 25 mins , and the National Park in the Sybiline mountains an hour. Facilities at the villa are first class, in the main house eight large well decorated bedrooms ,six en suite, 2 with adjoining toilet and shower facilities - a well equipped kitchen , built in Barb Q and four spacious terraces which catch the sun or shade at different times of the day. A large indoor kitchen table sits 16 comfortably, better is the large marble table on the outside terrace which sits 20 and allows leisurely al fresco dining and breakfast! The summer house sleeps 4 has independent facilities another nice large bedroom would suit the party member with young children ! Large pool - with lots of sun loungers and another cool terraced area to read and play cards on a hot sunny Italian afternoon! We had a great holiday here in the late summer of 2009 and would unreservedly recommend it to any body seeking a venue for a large family holiday or a celebration with a group of friends". Thank you both so much for making our wedding so special, we couldn't have hoped for a more idyllic and romantic location and your assistance throughout was hugely appreciated.

We were delighted with the day itself, the castle for the ceremony was beautiful and the drinks reception and meal were very memorable!

Thank you both for all your advice and recommendations, the photographer was excellent and the bouquets were so beautiful!

The week was extremely relaxing, the villa being very intimate but big enough for everyone to have their own space and the ideal way to celebrate our wedding!

Myself, Aidan and both our families have lots of wonderful memories of our week there and a love of Italy!

Thanks for letting us share your beautifully restored farmhouse, situated in the lovely country side of Marche.
If you ever dreamt of restoring a farmhouse in Italy as I have, I now know a much better way. Rent Villa Pomegranate!

Super Luxury with a very special twist. Lovely old furniture in the bedrooms. Grand dining in and outside. So many small details that makes you feel at home at once.

Perfect for family reunions. We were a group of 20 Scandinavians - the oldest 82 years- 5 children , the youngest 9 months. The children liked the place so much they did not want to go on day trips - just stay and enjoy the pool and Garden. The Pomegranate is just in the center of everything. You can reach the beach in 20 minutes, lovely medieval cities in 30 minutes and do the best outlet shopping you can think of 40 minutes drive from the villa. We were also smart enough to take advantage of the owners offer of an ITALIAN DINNER!. We will never forget our last meal especially the desert. Thanks again for your wonderful Hospitality. Dear Daniel & Family,

Thanks very much for your kind hospitality. We had a great holiday at Villa Pomegranate. The set up of the house and the surrounding is perfect for a large group, very spacious and enough room to sit together, but also enjoy privacy. Everything is very well maintained, a big plus is the pool cover, so the pool does not get too cold over night. Ein unglaublich tolles Haus, hilfsbereite, freundliche und kompetente Vermieter – was will man mehr? Jedes Zimmer ist liebevoll gestaltet, alte schöne Möbel, viel Persönliches mit Geschmack, die Gartenanlagen und das Pool super in Schuss, Wanderungen direkt vom Haus weg, das Meer nicht weit. Herzlichen Dank für eine sonnige, entspannte Woche im Mai!!
