A GORGEOUS VILLA TO SPEND VACTIONS WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Villamar and its staff are amazing. I spent the most wonderful 10 day vacation with my family here. The house is incredible. When I first read the description I thought it was probably too good to be true. Its not! It is everything the description says and more. My family and I enjoyed the pools, tennis court, ping pong table, mini golf, massages, amazing food, lovely staff, relaxing bedrooms, beach, breathtaking view, everything! We spent hours on the beach and then would come up to an amazing dinner. We were treated like royalty.
We would love to go back soon as it has everything a family could need. It is kid and adult friendly. The villa's administrator and owner are absolutely lovely and very helpful. We always felt safe and at home. I highly recommend Villa mar!

We are a tech startup (12 ppl) and decided to spend a week at Villa Mar for a work vacation. We were impressed from the moment we met the driver who picked us up from the airport. First, the facility (and yes, home does not do this place justice in terms of size and grace) was extraordinary. From the fantastic architecture, tasteful details, stunning views, to the endless activities on-site, our expectations were exceeded on every dimension. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and Doña Paola's food was a highlight everyone appreciated.

Monique (the owner) was extremely helpful and accommodating from the very start. She helped us plan our on-site and off-site activities. There's plenty to see in the surrounding areas from the charming city of Granada to nearly a dozen active volcanos.

The rooms and bathrooms were all up to date and modern. While air conditioning was available, most of us preferred to leave the windows open and sleep with the ocean breeze and sound of the surf. The temperature (coupled with the low humidity) made for perfect weather the entire week.

It is worth mentioning that broadband WiFi was installed prior to our arrival, so the entire facility is equipped with internet (something we greatly valued for our work, and that you will struggle to find in general in Central America).

Also the team loved La Boquita (the village). We loved watching the fishing boats leave in the morning as well as the daily games of beach 'soccer' played at dusk by the local guys. If you're looking for touristy this is not the place. If you're looking for a place where you instantly feel at home you found your spot.

We fully anticipate retuning to Villa Mar with our team (and hopefully our spouses next time!). I'd highly recommend this for company or family retreats. You're going to feel like this is your second home!

We stayed in Villa Mar with our family. The place is beautiful and really a vacation home with great services. Villa Mar made me feel at home. Great Staff, Great View and it is simply magnificent. I stayed there and enjoyed all time and my family as well. We will come again.
The town of La Boqita is very small and supermarket is 25 mnts away but Villa Mar is a place you go and dont want to go out anywhere.
