Kitchen also has a beautiful range hood, gas cooktop, refrigerator, microwave & Keurig coffee maker so you'll feel right at home. Living room has a futon that folds into a full size bed and a 32' LCD television with dvd player and satellite television. Bathroom also has granite counters as well as solid tile throughout. A circular curtain rod gives you plenty of room in the shower. Or choose to relax in the jacuzzi bathtub while you watch the 19' LCD television. Lastly the bedroom has a queen size bed. This apartment worked so well for our ACL weekend. The bikes were great for exploring South Congress and the bus route a block away made it easy to get to the fesitval site or downtown. We ran out of time to try some of the bike trails around Lady Bird Lake so we will have to visit Austin again.

Great layout in the apartment and the leather couch made a comfy bed. It was very clean and well equipped. Plus, the fridge contained a tasty sampling of some local beer.

Leah was an excellent host/Landlord-easy to get ahold of, very accommodating and genuinely friendly. Thanks for making our vacation so great! -Adrienne

The apartment is great, just what we were looking for during SXSW. It was very clean, and Leah is nice and always willing to help. The location is easy striking distance to all the cafes & restaurants on South Congress. They also left ice cream and beer for us, and I love ice cream and beer.
